I enjoyed the interview with Coach Napier. I had not heard him speak so in depth before and it was great! He is from the Saban tree and I think he is a really good coach and a fantastic human being which is the person parents want their sons learning from and being coached & molded by. He’s a totally different personality type from Coach Saban, but you can hear the “process” from Coach Napier even without using that word. If he gets enough time, Florida will be fine - the schedule is their enemy this season even if the team greatly improves. The facilities upgrades are embarrassing for the UF Administration and UF Trustees that a program of Florida’s caliber didn’t have those facilities upgrades YEARS AGO. But they have them now and can compete with anyone so best wishes to Coach Napier!

CU heavily uses the portal but JP look at the recruiting classes. They were 22 this year and 21 the year before. That's nothing to sneeze at, they've had remarkable growth in their HS recruiting. You point to Mark Norvell as a shining example of a positive use of the portal but CU is doing the same thing. They just are starting with less prestige of a program as FSU. They are building a hell of a program and I ask that you challenge your beliefs. How would you have built CU differently than what Prime has done?
Napier is the perfect combination of a used car salesman, a HR Specialist, and someone who has read too many leadership books but doesn't know how to actually lead. There are many leaders I would run through walls for. I wouldn't run through a wet piece of papier-mâché for this guy.
