You gotta think, Chay is still clean cut in shape and looks "good" for being homeless and STILL he has trouble talking with people and getting heckled. I cannot imagine what a month is like with no haircut or shave or washed clothes and a malnourished look just makes people want to turn away even more.

Mhm, he is an ablebodied white male with nice cloths and in good shape, these are all big bonuses. I still can't imagine what it would be like, things like going to bed on a roof and praying no roachs crawl on you that night, getting up and hoping you can get enough to have a meal. It gets worse when you think about how lots if not most homeless people live in cities with crazy prices.

Isn’t it crazy how much you realize you appreciate the little things. Like just being able to take a shower and get clean, smell good. That’s a total different mindset. Instantly makes you feel so much better. We take so many things for granted and we don’t even realize. Big props to you, man.

So much respect for taking this on. So many people could say they can do this but would quit on the first day, and so many people actually live it every day. The fact that you're bringing awareness to how hard it can really be living on the streets has even come into my life. Now I'm trying to be as friendly to homeless people as possible, knowing even just a hello and a short conversation could make their day, and giving them a small amount of money could make their week, like literally provide for their living needs for a week.

why haven't you blown up already?? I know these take a while to edit due to literally filming all day in case something happens but I'm glad your raising awareness! I lived with my mom for a few months in a tent with my brothers and sisters because we had no where to go and our fathers were trash back then. not every homeless person is dirty or evil disgusting etc etc they are PEOPLE TOO. much love bro keep up the killer content!!!

What i have learned and its simple yet so difficult its that positive outlook leads to positive outcomes. I dont mean any kind of disrespect but i can see why its so hard to get yourself out of a rut because your mind takes you to some dark places. Great series btw! There were times i had to sleep outside for a day or two and didnt realize how good i had it.

From a guy that has been homeless several times, I can say it is one of the worse feelings ever.I was always scared about if I might even make it through the day.It was really hard for to move on, and till this day ,I still can't forget about those moments,but im happy I made it out. Good Luck!!

I remember this one day it was raining really hard and two homeless people got inside my porch to cover from the rain. I found them and they apologized and told me they were waiting just for the rain to finish and they’ll be on their way. I talked to them and it turned out they were brother and sister and the sister was mentally ill. They had been homeless for five years and the guy couldn’t get a job cause he had to take care of his sister. We had ordered pizza so we gave them a meal and then they walked away. I still think of them. They had my age or so, so young in their 20s
