Mera khud ka upsc h, but 2021 mein iska tension le le kar Maine thyroid kar liya stress is the biggest factor of all the diseases that you get so please chill out relax don't take your life so seriously. One thing I learned was that never narrow down your vision on life on something such as exam always live with a wide interpretation of your life open to everything and every opportunity. You do not come on this earth to prove yourself in any competitive exam you were a complete package the moment you were born, Uday if you are reading this big hug to you bro 🤙❤

Shabash Uday beta! Last year you guys went through so much stress still you managed to get such good result. Kudos to you..aage bahut saare raaste hain tumhare liye..people who are commenting negatively have either no idea about the difficulty of the exam or they dont know that stress at home affects kids also. Infact, weight gain is also a side effect of stress and sleep deperivation
