Try changing aspect ratio. You can also use prompts and neg prompts. For example, if I want a full body pic I put feet or shoes in the prompt

I followed your instructions and every pose the model was created from the neck down. Not one image included a head

Use positive prompts like head, face and hear and don't forget the negative prompts like neck down shot, no head etc.
