As always love your stuff! I would love to see a video on good comics to buy that are scarce. The stuff that might be showing up more now in a buyers market that will be harder to find later. Also watched a video on Manga and the crazy print numbers on those vs comics and wondered if you think there will be a long term shift in the market away from comics because new collectors prefer Manga to Marvel. When I go to toy shows there are always guys selling the tin toys and nobody buying. Will comics become tin toys in 20-50 years?
Maybe because it's TRASH. Maybe because the "Good Job" Brigade got tired after two movies and the comic, jeez! What do ya want?! Now I gotta buy all these comics to assuage my Guilt. Man. Come on, Jack!
Considering Black Panther 2 is not only the first appearance of Shuri, but is also from a classic Black Panther run, and has that great Esad Ribic cover, I think it will be okay over the long run. This book was a dollar book for a long time before the movie came out. Does anybody think Disney is going to drop this character? Nope, she'll be around for the long term
@@tdkongg9171You or I may not. But they are going to keep pushing her for the next generation. The whole history of comics is full of new characters who the preceding generation didn't care about, but caught on with a younger audience. And at this point, the growth areas for new characters are going to be in the less saturated demographics. For example, are we going to see any more white male Green Lanterns at this point? Probably not. If a character like Shuri keeps getting used and invested in by Marvel, there will be versions of her that people will like, in animation, video games, MCU reboot etc. As T'Challa's sister, and a lynchpin of the entire Wakanda corner of the Marvel universe, they are not going to be forgetting about her any time soon.
Good Stuff as always! Thanks!
Great video by David. It's amazing how that female Black Panther comic book dropped. Can almost buy 10 copies for the one the high sold for.
wild first justice league even at peak never went up that high and still crazy afforable for a 6.0
I just seen a Aquaman #1 sold for $132 on ebay.
You all should consider opening a comic shop in Laredo,Texas.....we have nothing offering comics in town
Why don’t you open one then
these keys that drop 90% are the best ones to invest in.
Thx for always giving both side of the sales story.

I don't know anyone who collects Nova. If you can't get a comic series, I don't see it as a long term buy.
I've been buying everything LOL selling some but buying buying buying
Have the same feeling: 2025 = rebound in comic book values
*Unless a black swan event happens.
I doubt it. If the middle class continues to struggle hobbies and non essentials will struggles.
I bought a book on your auction. Still haven't gotten it. I messaged you and the seller. No response.
Can you please email me directly so I can figure it out. David@collectorscomics.com
Another great informative video David! Keep up the great work! It's nice to hear that books are on the way back 📈 in 2025!

It’s a good time to collect - it will get better. The buyers market continues.

No one cares about if Disney drops it because most people dropped Disney.
i've been buying like crazy as bitcoin continues to add liquidity to the comic market
