    Ingredients
    1 liter whole milk (or 0.2 L cream + 0.8 L milk)
    3 sachets of bourbon vanilla sugar (preferably with seeds)
    175 g sugar
    6 to 7 large egg yolks
    75 g cornflour
    50 g butter (to be added at 5 minute mark - sorry, it's not shown in the video!)
    For the crust
    1 shortcrust pastry (can be replaced with puff pastry)
    Butter for greasing the baking tin
