- Hello Friends! Happy 2024! I am so excited to have you here for today's video which is a planner flip + very detailed look at the planning system I have in place in my gorgeous Louis Vuitton PM Agenda (now called the LV Small Rings Agenda) which is a pocket planner! I am using my LV planner as a wallet + agenda combo to carry around every day, it is super functional & I love it. This video is on the longer side because I do go into detail with each insert I am using & how it is part of my planning system- so grab yourself a snack & get comfy! Hope you enjoy!

Yessss exactly! I kept my rings on all of mine pm, except my black epi leather one, because someone gave it to me as a freebie when i bought it preloved. Other than that, all of my pm agenda has its original rings.
Yes and honestly, even though they can’t fit a ton, they fit more than I expected! I was pleasantly surprised to be able to fit what I did and to be able to use some 28lb paper for things! :)
You can add bigger rings to the LV PM, I added my VDS 16mm rings in it with no hang over. 😉 I got the Pilot Birdy Switch Ballpoint Multi Pen + 0.5 mm Pencil on Jetpens (currently $8.25). It is a skinny little sucker but works great, I chose it because the other end has a pencil and sometimes I just need to literally pencil something in until later on. Another pen I have (somewhere) is the OHTO Minimo Ballpoint Pen with Holder - 0.5 mm - Black from Jetpens (currently $7.50).
I actually have the bigger rings in my cart already but before I purchased I wanted to see if I could manage with the original rings bc I love the slimness 😂😂 But I’m definitely keeping them in mind if need be!

I think that it’s great the rings can be swapped out in them for more space! Gives more options if need be :)
I love your little tiny planner!! Your size up to 105% when printing is so smart. I don't want to reprint my entire setup but will totally use this on some dashboards. Not being able to use a normal sticky note is my only downside. I usually place them sideways and fold them in half lol. I will have to try the weekly overview! Loved the flip! xx

I just put away my lv pm rings for 2024 and went with a pocket rings 30mm because I need everything with me but you have me reconsidering going back 😂❤

Thank you for reminding me of the “New Releases” insert! I need to fill mine out! And also - we have the same kind of corner rounder (I got mine at Christmas) & I really like it! And you already answered my question I wanted to ask you (which size on the corner rounder you’re using 😉). I switch between the 4 & 7 mm ones atm.
And lastly - thank you for mentioning the Spoke To Log insert, because that’s HANDS DOWN the most used insert in my planner & I need to write a review of it in the comment section of your Etsy shop ☺️

Also did your corner rounder come with a bottom? I’ve had mine a while and I can’t remember if it came with a bottom and I lost it or if it’s just open. I always use mine upside down so the punches fly at my face 😂😂😂

The 228 is my fav tooooo! Such a perfect color! That’s actually the color I painted my kitchen in a year ago, a dark green/gray and I love it so much hahaha.
Wow!!! That sounds awesome! Did you use the hex code from the Tombow to find the colour to your kitchen also? Or did you go with a similar shade? 😊 Would it be okay that I answer to your replies in instagram DM’s instead? I used to use those frixion erasable pens too a few years ago when I was using my Stalogies and I went back recently just to flip through and was so sad to see a lot of the ink had vanished or was in the process of vanishing :( Granted I live in a sub tropical climate in Australia so idk how hot it gets where you are but yeah it's worth keeping an eye on. I was told if you put your planners in the freezer the ink will come back but I haven't tried that so idk how true it is.
Oh no!!! That’s what I feared with using that ink with important information 😂😳 I definitely won’t use it for important info I need around a long time 😂 My planner pages get tossed often and it’s winter here now so I’ll use it up while it’s cold out LOL. Such a shame bc the concept of erasable pens is awesome.
Try putting it in the freezer for a couple of hours. The thermal ink should return color. The company says color returns at 40 degrees F. I hope that works for you.

There’s a hole punch you can buy that makes smaller holes and less spine length for smaller rings.

Hi there Bee, luv watching your videos, I'm kinda new to the planner community, I have a personal size planner. I need help when it comes to sizing down from a normal size piece of paper. ..which I believe is 8by11.. to personal size.. if u can help.. that would be great.. thanks for sharing

Are you trying to shrink down a full letter sized paper to fit into your personal planner? Or are you trying to print inserts for personal sized?
If it is inserts, you’d want to purchase or download freebies that are personal size. They are created to fit in a personal size planner so when you print at actual size it’ll print to fit in personal.
If you are trying to scale down a document that is letter size to fit into a personal size planner, you’d scale it to about 44% (if my calculations are correct) but this is going to make everything on the page much smaller and since the proportions of a letter sized page is different than those of a personal size page, you’ll end up with lots of excess margin space bc it’s not actually created as personal size if that makes sense.

I believe printing at 105 makes it pocket xl right?
I also print on 24lb paper for everyday and for more righting or more I use 28lb, I also use cardstock paper for references 😅
Ohh is 105% pocket xl/plus?! I didn’t even realize hahaha. I know people use pocket plus in their pocket planners but for some reason I thought it was a little bigger. Pocket plus is one of the only planner sizes I have never been in 😂 I love using a mix of different paper weights depending what they are for 💜 Love your cardstock idea for reference!
Do you find A6 small to write in? Trying to decide btw A6 and personal size.
Hi! I don’t have trouble writing in A6 because I’ve always used smaller planners but it is different from person to person. I highly recommend printing out inserts in the sizes you are deciding between to see if they work for you :) I offer free printables on my website planwithbee.com thst you can test out. I also offer a test print you can try in different sizes to help you figure it out 😊

If your info erases with heat you just stick your paper in the freezer and it comes back. It doesn’t permanently erase. ❤

Hi there! The LV PM agenda cover was a gift to me. My mom purchased it pre-loved but I’m not sure what site she found the seller thru. There are a few that I know of that sell pre-loved items and even authenticate many of them. I know you can also find them on poshmark, mercari, etc. :)
