    I like to imagine myself in such great shape that I could belong in the same world. I found the training videos inspired me to take some weight off and be a bit more gentle on myself while lifting. Only way a fitness program will last for me over the long run is if I am able to take it easy sometimes while still performing the exercises. Michelle Trapp = Inspiring trainer.

    Full range of motion is great, but you could easily argue TUT on 3/4 range reps which would also build the biceps.

      Females can still go on steroids n have a ‘normal voice’. Not accusing her, regardless her physique is impressive. Males and females have different side effects depending on how responsive they are.

    1 to 6 reps with heavy weight to add muscle mass, 8 to 12 reps with moderate weight for strength, and 14 to 20 reps with lighter but not to light of weight for toning. What you should keep in mind is if you want to add mass, the best way tell if you are doing it right is for the last rep to be difficult, but without compromising form. I know a U.S. army soldier that does reps to failure (where he can't do another rep). Anyway, I usually do 3 sets. Also, eat a lot of calories. (continued)

    It's very important to use all three different hand grips when developing your biceps.
    How different hand postions work the biceps:
    - Perform some of your bicep dumbbell curl with a supinated grip to emphasize Biceps Brachii
    - Perform some of your bicep dumbbell curl with a pronated grip to emphasize Brachialis
    - Perform some of your bicep dumbbell curl with a hammer grip to emphasize Brachioradialis

    Hi , male here, i agree form is important , nothing more ridiculous then going to a gym where everybody has no form . Its hard to find the motivation or inspiration.
    I am scrawny and i am trying to start a resume of gyming after 17 years, so i really want to make an effort and get some program going for my stick build.
    Of course, eating and at an affordable rate, is what i believe is key for my case, since i would like gain strength and mass. Thanks for the video.

    I am a beginner and i had doubts if i was doing this right, many people at the gym that i go to dont go all the way down, and i thought that i was doing it wrong but obviously i wasnt. The thing that i'll upgrade to my technique is the holding pu for 1-2 secs so very nice vid, thank you.
    And to me this young female trainer IS attractive altough her arms are almost like mine (36-37 сm) :D I have a thing for legs and i can say that her hips and thighs are perfect.

    Great demo except the long head of the Bicep inserts onto the scap meaning that the bicep also has a role is shoulder flexion so bringing the elbow upward and forward during each rep several inches and then back down would be full range of motion.

    • @pnagorny
      @pnagorny 8 років тому

      +Ashira Zedlav I'd say that the weight you choose is the one that you can do curls with for 8-10 reps, 3-4 sets in a way that's shown in the video. So it mostly depends on your own feeling: you try 20kg and see if you can do that, then 25, etc. And stop at the highest level you can get while keeping the form and number of curls and not straining yourself too much. Then increase weight over time.
