I have a problem when withdrawing camera recording from the NVR. Most of the time, it is removed completely, and most of the time it is withdrawn for only an hour or a day or two. What is the problem with the camera and the Hikvision type NVR?
New firmwares have Rebuild All, Rebuild Database, Rebuild Video if you cannot search data on drive. Hikvision use very primitive FS and somehow DVR/NVRs cannot sreach in due i think broken indexing. Rebuild option fix that issue but Hikvision separate it for different file type. HIK FS don't have delete operand over files. Format just clear index and fill realocate space for new data. I tink that overwrite funtion works similar controled by hikos that runs on those devices.
I have the DS-9632NI-I8 with 10 DS-2CD2742FWD-IZS cameras and 2 NC326CU (white label Hik cameras). The 10 2CD cameras record with no issue. I can see live view with the 2 NC326 cameras but the NVR will not record their feed (I'm not using SD cards). I made sure all the settings were identical to the 2CD - continuous mode 24/7. I'm stumped...any ideas
But what happens if it’s some cameras that say “no video footage found”? In my case I have 10 cameras out of 12 being fine, but there are these two that are giving me that error. So what is the issue there?
Yeah, it matters. Just buy the one that works with your DVR/NVR you can see the model written on the battery, just like the one in the video which is the CR1220.

The device management page shows "encoding device" as device type for the 2 NC326 cameras

The camera are probably not set up to record either my motion detection or continuous mode.
Hi, I’m not having the same HIKVISION interface as yours even though I’m using DS-7600 series too. Do you download the software?
Same with mine
Good evening sir, I really appreciate your video. Thanks 🙏. Pls sir, what it is the different between Read only and Read and write?
Read only does not record. Read and write records and plays back
@@bestsecuritydevices but sir, if it recording before and just stop recording what can cause it sir?
Which type of battery does it matter
