I love that 21 says they teamed up to fight Elron Hubbard which we kinda see in Spanikopita
I love how 21 has gotten to the point where he can safely call the Monarch a dingus.
Also it is clearly a good parody of The Green Hornet... Am I the only one who thinks he's also very similar to Steve Ditko's The Question in at least the visual appearance?
His death causing a rift in Team Venture also reminds me of the second Blue Beetle.
Man this is such a cool show. Too bad Mrs monarch wont really be happy about this morpho stuff.
Tranq darts... i see these are a tradition in the family
It's so cute that Monarch, nay, Malcom, apologizes to Gary.
I love this season so far
I've been wondering something for a while. Since there is the theory that Rusty and the Monarch are related, what if Rusty is a clone of the Monarch. They have similar appearances, but Monarch, being the original, is taller and more capable.
It's not a theory they literally said it in the show. Jonas cucked Blue Morpho
I like how Jack Kirby just exists in this universe.
Like dc comics and marvel comics
LOL Blue Morpho only comes out when it's safe. Hilarious parody of the Green Hornet and Bruce Lee

Scp sounds
-What the f#@k is a Morpho?
-It's a kind of butterfly, dingus.
The Blue Morpho thinks the saying is "You've got another THINK coming?"
Seriously?
I love how the Blue Morphos signatuee qeapon is a dart gun. Thats too good
0:42 you can hear the SCP-096 scream in the background
Henchman 21 is so awesome! BTW, sorry to spoil it for anybody who hasn't been Sunday's episode yet, but "Harangue-Outang" might be the best villain name ever.
Weird how in the actual situation, Jonas is wearing a suit while the comic depicts him in a ripped adventure get-up.
Possible mis-comunication between animation departments? Probably
In-universe explanation: The comics preferred to depict Jonas as ONLY an adventure. Not as scientist, not as a socialite, none but the globe-trotting adventurer
And, is that car supposed to be a Chevy Nova? Along with the Spanish joke about the Nova ("no va" is Spanish for "no go"--which is why the car was a total commercial failure in the Spanish speaking world).
Car is based off a 50s Mercedes. The gull wing doors are a dead giveaway......
Mercedes Benz 300SL
Nice little Blue Beetle reference.
Jack kirby getting the love
That Jack Kirby reference though
21 gave the Monarch that first slap out of courtesy...
0:42 is that the scp sound lmfao
RIP Venture Brothers. 'We are men of hope'
The Blue Morpho is actually cooler than the Green Hornet.
It feels confusing to me that those guys where out on real adventures but at the same time they talk about it like those adventures where in comics and in a TV show.
it actually used to be think, not thing
When you realize that the original blue morpho sounded more like Rusty than jonas.
1:54-1:58
"Dude, millionaire playboy is like the number one superhero alter ego."
Waitaminute, L. Ron. Hubbard.. was the Blue Morpho present at that fight on the Kennedy yacht, or was that part of that adventure-- crap, now I have to rewatch the entire series again!
0:40 when he cracked his neck I tried it and I hurt my self
the asian guy does all the work while the white guy cleans up. more like the real show than the parody if you ask me.
most people thought bruce lee was the star of that show. haven't heard the radio shows.
@@eldersprig Yeah, I kinda would like to hear them. Bruce Lee was definitely marketed more as the lead in Hong Kong and later the US after he blow up as a super star.
.
Part of what helps that is that, despite sidekick status, Kato came off like a proper partner rather than a mere underling because how capable he was. Of course, the Green Hornet was very capable in his own right, too, which is what made them a great pair.
