How do you make the tornadoes smart (By that, I mean head in your direction all the time?)

You spawn the tornado by using the tool gun towards any border of the map, say if you wanna spawn in the direction that I’ve spawned it in, the tornado would move towards your location, you gust got to spawn it on the border, not on the ground
