That's why in the Empire Arc, it doesn't matter if your country is so advanced and your soldiers is equipped with hot weapons (guns and shit) . Those who possesed Ultimate skills are the threat and rulers of this world.
Another fun fact was Rimuru actually scanned everyone in the room when he arrived at Walpurgis earlier. Guy was basically giving off a weakling vibe, while Deeno basically shut down his probing every time he tried. Rimuru then realized Guy was on to him with all that reckless scanning, so he figured he should hide his true trump card Raphael from others and opted to use Beelzebuth more conspicuously as his "signature" Ultimate skill.

@@pablodamex2245 not really, thats what I mean that he is the weakest, if we go by Magicule count then Velzado has the highest of them all, followed by Velgryd who is all about attack, then Veldora, his specialization is actually supposed to be researching things, hence why he had the Unique Skill Investigator that evolved into the Ultimate Skill Investigation King Faust, someone who looks and researched phenomena, but for some reason, he came out extreamly rowdy, yet you can see that with meeting Rimuru and manga this part of him came to the forefront, he "Researched" the "phenomena" (manga) and "scientifically" became able to reproduce their effects... yeah... thats the actual explanation
also, in Milims case its not really fair, since in theory she has infinite Magicules

That wasn't the plan, she noticed that clayman was constantly interfering with Rimuru and figured someone was pulling claymans strings to push him in that direction so she wanted to find out who it was and put a stop to it to protect her friend...the fact Rimuru showed up to Warpulgis or even became an awakened demon lord wasnt something she had expected or counted on, she likely saw how strong he got and couldn't help herself from testing him out during the fight almost killing him like she did after Carrion showed her his final form and she responded by leveling his capital

Millam is the daughter of a true dragon and guy is a primordial Demon one of the 7 original demons as well as diabol primordial black. Yeah they kind of got it wrong about Shions sword in this episode. While it does do spiritual damage to those it cuts it also as you said traps loose souls inside it. All 5 of those dolls were infused with the souls of strong greater majin and she sucked them all up in one hit.

@@Anne-mn9fs no, it's easily doable in 1 year, Hero Academia does it every year. And Slime has much more talk episodes which are easier to animate. The problem with 7DS was not time, it was bad staff and outsourcing to other studios to save money.

The problem for 7ds was time and a1 pictures said they can't animate it under a yr when it takes them at least 2 yrs to animate a season then they dropped the anime . Studio deen picked it up but were busy animating I think konusuba movie or smth so they gave it to marvy jack to animate and gave them little to no help with the short amount of time they had

Fun facts: In the original story, the necklace would have actually controlled Millim, but Frey switched it out for a different necklace. As well, the reason Veldora showed up wasn't because the last volume of 3x3 Eyes wasn't around to read, but Rimuru had purposely put a different manga inside the final issue so Veldora would teleport to him later wanting the real thing.
They're minor changes, and it's interesting to see a different version of the story in the anime.
When Clayman awakened 10:49 I thought a yellow buffed ghost with oxygen tanks in their back will pop out and Clayman saying "ZA WARUDO" and stop time.

In the ln, shion goes to finish the job right after cutting off his arms, which leads the the scene at the end. It seems like they just rearranged it so that they could have that be the cliffhanger, but they sure left him there a long time
