Tempest - No Dash Breaker - updated full build (112 million dmg in 10 secs, 521 million in 60)

Am I mistaken or does this seem to be doing more dmg then the one build

@@joelnunley6038 hard to tell, the One Build damage can’t really be tested properly on a dummy as the Harbinger paragon doesn’t refresh on it since you need a kill and a dash to refresh - but this is the build I typically use on raids. I’ve used it on c dungeons too - I like both builds quite a bit
