Hey MadDads!! Just want to say great video I did the upgrade to my Marvel vs Capcom cabinet using a Dell 2007fpb monitor. Everything turned out great but I still have the black bars on the side😩. I'm going to go back and play with the zoom and auto adjust features a few more times tonight.
@@MadDadsGaming Hey! I got it working last night.. thanks again for reassuring me. It's crazy you really do have to play with it. I did everything you said i zoom in, play with the horizontal and vertical put it in game mode exit out of the settings. Then hit the auto-refresh and it popped up lol Marvel versus Capcom cabinet is 100% complete now and it looks amazing🤤
@@JustinH201 Im glad you got it working man. You should have seen how long I was there messing with the settings and being pissed it wasn't working until I finally got it lol.
I don't understand why you need the Geekworm adapter to work? All I did was gutted the dell 2007fp to bare LCD panel and simply just swap the aracde1up 17" out with this, the LVDS is plug and play and one thing you do need is the inverter section for the dell LCD panel LM201U05 and from than it's just plug and play.
You can do it either way you like. Im glad you found another way to upgrade your system. The Geekworm adapter is something used to me without much of a install process is all. You connect the pcb to Geekworm and then done. Everyone has a good way to upgrade I don't discriminate at all. I appreciate you for checking out the video.
@@chubbstep You only need the 6CCFL inverter board from the LM201U05 LCD board kit from amazon or aliexpress, than everything just plug and play to the arcade1up board.
@@mr2cqql I have 6CCFL inverter and i have a board kit. The PCB cannot supply power. In fact i'm using board kit right now plugged in seperately. my LVDS cable has two cables that separate power line.

@@McGuinness89 yes and in my Midway legacy 20 inch install video it took the v.20 board without any issues as well with the dvi to hdmi cable. Check it out.

I feel left out not having big blue. I seen that turtles in time is on sale at best buy too. Damn this is hard. I so far got pacman those 2 street fighters i mentioned and nba jam. This is addicting. Nope I don't have any lag when im playing but i have the cable that has better connection through put is why i didn't use a converter box. Thats just me though not sure about anyone else
my question is how did you get the monitor in the cabinet, so that it will fit well. please show this. I really don't know what monito to get and need help because I don't want to end up buying a monitor that doesn't work.
Will this only work with the 1.5v geekworm? I have the Capcom Legacy with a 2.0v geekworm and it's not getting a signal. I've tried hsmi to vga & dvi.... No luck.
I only know at the time for the big blue. I haven't tried the othets except for the mk legacy which works with the v2.0. Check out that video to see how I connected it.
I have the Bluetooth dangles to connect to the ps4 however as far as sound I purchased a hdmi audio extractor. I still need a speaker im guessing a female to male to use to get sound to plug into the audio extractor. I plugged my hdmi cable into one of the hdmi slots in the audio extractor and the dvi to hdmi into the other slot on my extractor but I still need to plug in the hdmi from the pcb that comes with intec gaming as well which uses an hdmi cable. The only thing I can think of is getting a hdmi splitter adapter that I can plug the last cable with.
The version one board is separate from the arcade 1up board? How do I get one? The cables are easy to get, the screen I got that taken care of, But this other version one board, This part confuses me.
It works as long as you have everything in the videonand the connection correct. Unless the board went out on you while setting it up. I hope you get it taken care of and thanks for watching the video

I went with the vga to hdmi cable do to the dvi to hdmi would not recognize through the pcb for some reason and the monitor wouldn't detect it like it did on the mk 20 inch mod I did. Thanks for checking out the video. I appreciate you.

I tried this, and it didn't work. The pcb wasn't supplying enough power

Yes some but not noticeable to me. Also you may have to play with the settings a little bit

Didnt you notice any input lag? I heard Hdmi-vga conversion causes 1-2frames input lag

Yeah if you follow the video it should work perfectly but you got to put it on vga output not dvi

It should be in the middle jumpers.

Well with the monitor install you don't need it if your modding it or using the original pcb

Do you own an intecgaming fighting stick and if so do you know how to connect it to a Dell 2007fpb monitor using a ps4?
It should just connect if it has a usb connection or using a convertor. Then going dvi to hdmi to the dell monitor

Yes that is correct on the 1.5 adapter. The v.2 works on the midway legacy with the dvi to hdmi adapter no problem.
