Hi mate can I ask why do most cars go on the peak backwards great vlog 👍
@@iandodds4441 weight distribution and also height of the load. If there was 4 cars on the unit and the peak car was kicked into the air. Obviously the bonnet is lower. We need to drive certain cars onto the peak (Land Rovers) for safety reasons. But 9/10 most vehicles are reversed on. Thanks for watching....
Hi Mark, love the videos. New subscriber here. Can you give me any details on living in that small cab? Been thinking about moving over to this side of the industry for a while now but really not sure on them cabs. All the best mate
@@Stevie_13 hi Steve, thanks for watching. Since I passed my test in 2005 car transporting is the only job/cab I've had. Not much room at all. You'll probably see a lot of lads wearing shorts (easier to get ready) obviously can't stand up.. I basically carry light as I'm away 3 nights. I've got a microwave and kettle under the bunk and strap and a cool box to the passenger seat. Some have fridges built in. So bare essentials really mate 👍🏻 appreciate the comment. Thanks
How do you find the daf mark? I think the Germans make a cracking wagon
