What was once a song I despised is a song I'm happy with now.
Day out or also somewhat known as the cause of v2's first spike in popularity has been remade to fit with the newer mm songs the other v2 upgrades
I'll release this song's FLP if it surpasses the view count of the v1 upload

Friday Night Funkin' is an open-source donationware rhythm game first released in 2020 for a game jam. The game was developed by a team of four Newgrounds users, Cameron "ninjamuffin99" Taylor, David "PhantomArcade" Brown, Isaac "Kawai Sprite" Garcia, and evilsk8r.

Reusing Daisy’s “why’d you bring the kid” adds so much to this, the design for GF in this fits the voice perfectly
She looks like daisy in this style, so it makes much more sense
Except for the fact that they also kept Daisy's vocals in the part immediately after, but in game that part is sung by Luigi.
I genuinely thought they made custom audio for this before I rewatched 'Luigi's Day Out'

After couple times of watching other youtubers letsplays of Mario's Madness V2, I noticed that Mario looks calm when it's BF turn and looks annoyed/angry whenever it's Luigi's turn to sing.
Nice detail to show how Mario's done with Luigi throughout the entire OG animation.
Love this version as much as the OG, amazing job

The entire soundtrack of this mod just DOES NOT miss. So much variaty and i love all of it. It's sad this song was heavily targetted by leakers and spread like wildfire but the final results for waiting were just heavenly. You all outdid yourselves! (And of course This one is one of my personal favorites!)

2:28 i don't know what this style of vocal use is called but when mario comes back in with those long notes it hits just right and its almost nostalgic in a way. More song should use it honestly

I somehow never stumbled upon this song despite the leaks. And while it’s sad this song WAS a victim to said leaks, I’m glad that didn’t stop you from putting out and IMPROVING on such a banger. Probably one of my top favorite tracks out of the mod. :D

Day Out was the only song I have seen get leaked prior to this update, and to this day I'm sad that I did because it's such a nice song. It shows the bros relationship in this universe, Mario being the angsty teenager and Luigi the goofy naive younger brother, much like the video the song itself is based off of.
I know of the original video because of being a big fan of Max G's during the Pony.mov days and liking Max's Artstyle enough to look at his other works, this being one of them, so seeing it in the mod was still a nice surprise, and I'm happy at least this version was still a surprise.
Playing it in game was just as nice, with Luigi segments being fun to play.
