Great video! Kriel's worked so hard for so many years and it's outstanding to witness the results coming to fruition. Hope he's able to keep up the form.
Agreed! Probably the hardest worker off the field
There were times when Jesse was not on great form but you can tell he never stopped working on his game and that attitude has paid dividends with his current performances. He was my player of the tournament for the WC although Bundee was very good, Jesse saved the Boks skin countless times especially the France game (which he was robbed of MoTM no disrespect to Bongi). Am will have a hard time getting Kriel out of that 13 jersey.
Well said. Definitely a great example of a strong work ethic on and off the field. Great roll model for the young players.
Was a time when I literally disliked Jesse for his crabbing running and pushing our wingers against the touchline.
He has proven me wrong and I could not be happier. I am a huge Am fan but have to agree that he is going to find it difficult to reclaim that jersey.

It is all good but they must remember to defend as well. The Bok backline for years did not play a good attacking game and they look better now. Again, don't forget to defend and loose the ability to crash the opponents when needed.
I don’t think you have to worry about that. It is part of the Boks’ DNA to be confrontational and aggressive on defence, I don’t think they will ever lose that aspect of their game.
The fact that they are expanding on the capabilities within their team and unlocking the attacking potential of the Springboks’ exciting backs, should be a terrifying thought for the rest of world rugby

I'm really happy for Kriel he's put in the yards, but the Rolls Royce Lukhanyo Am will make his return😊
He is slowly making his way back. His form was questionable in the URC this year and he didn’t look like his old self. Perhaps trying to do a bit too much with ball in hand instead of focusing on the basics and racking up game time.
Just needs to settle in a bit and we should see that razzle coming through again.
