"TREASURE ISLAND" (K. Jarrett) transcribed & performed by Uwe Karcher

One of my Jarrett all time favorites! This is the "Bremen" version from the concert at "Die Glocke" on Feb 2nd, 1975. A very good show which was broadcasted, but has never been published on LP or CD (you can find the complete show here on UA-cam, btw).
The second part of the tune is a kind of meditational ostinato / pattern. I always let my fingers flow and thought of this and that while playing it (mostly travel stuff), so I added some pictures of mine to send you on a trip, too 😅.
Keith played the ostinato even longer than I did, but I think it's up to the player how long he/she would like to surf... Enjoy!
