Get some sort of padding on that tile, don’t wanna get dropped and bounce your head off that. Also make sure you got mouthguards, cups and handwraps (even quick wraps are better than nothing, real tape is pretty expensive) fight safe kids 🥊
Id also recommend headgear and 10 oz gloves. Sanctioned amateur bouts use both. Also sports waivers, if any one of your friends get seriously hurt their parents are going to sue the shit outta you.

I know they're amateurs but this is hard to watch, both seem scared to take a punch so they're just circling, kid in the pink shirt (love it btw) does not have good foot placement the others is fine but needs work when it comes to mobility and foot work, pink shirt has a lot of potential if he fixes his foot placement and learns to take a punch or two, probably won't have any effect cause im a nobody, i did do mauy tai for quite some time tho.
Also train with heavier gloves and spare with lighter, the speed change is crazy. Another thing, pink shirt keep your hands up ik it's not uncommon in some other martial arts to keep hands at chest/Chen level but not the same for boxing.. unless your confident keep it up both of you can't wait to see more, and pink shirt your dodges are good but will be even better if you work on your foot placement. I do feel if you get the foot placement down you'll already know the foot work you need.

friendly tip when y'all punch in close quarters turn your hip with your punch to cause more force on shorter impact.
