So inspiring, also so fun!! The intro is great, and it’s so cool to learn along with you two (I am also inspired to just let the situation speak for itself - I always talk way too much when I could just let life speak for itself, like you’re doing!!)
Joel! It's always such a lovely surprise to see you watching our videos. Thank you for such kind feedback. Its funny because we always worry that we don't have enough footage of our narration in these types of videos, but your right, sometimes it's nice to just give the perspective that we are experiencing rather than try to explain everything. But I never think you talk too much, and you always have good things to say to add to the experience of the viewer 😊
😅 Well we will be aiming for self suffiency on our farm, building a house out of mud may be the most economical and realistic possibility for us haha. Thanks for watching Sun!
If you like learning to live the life you are. Why don't you go to a Thai government office? You are now in Chiang Mai. No matter which district of Chiang Mai you are in. Every district has a district agriculture office. and if in Chiang Mai It will be the Chiang Mai Provincial Agriculture Office. I suggest you go there. Tell the staff what you want to do. I believe that They can guide you in whatever way you want. And a lot of information in northern Thailand is gathered there. They serve everyone, not just Thai people. They'll be glad you asked them for their knowledge. There is a lot to do in Thailand about the countryside. I give an example of volunteering. In Thailand, there will be a project to build a school for hill tribe children. Teaching project for hill tribe children or even social activities in many different parts Each year, many Thai people participate in these projects. It is good that once in a lifetime we do for others without expecting anything in return. And the easiest way for you to go to any of those things is the government office. The most important obstacle might be the language of communication. but for me i think Being in another world where communication is difficult is challenging and fun. Government agencies everywhere if it's difficult to visit. You can just tell anyone in the community. They will lead you to your destination. I believe that Thai people will take good care of both of you. There are many kind people in this country.
Arruk what a great idea! We have been super busy lately and are a bit behind in videos but next time we are in the city we will check it out. Thank you so much 🙏
