The red sox were good before theo and could afford expensive guys and they used peds and they had the right manager and they won again.....what he did with the young cubs of all teams was legendary cause they started from the bottom and lost guys and it was a 3 year window and they only won 1 but after 108 years it felt like 3
The worst part is that Frazee didn't only squander away Ruth. How many players on that Yankees vaunted "Murderers row" lineup/team were former Red Sox?
The cubs “curse” is so dumb and forced. They never even came close they just sucked.. the Red Sox didn’t suck they were actually very good that’s what made the curse narrative more apt in their case. A goat give me a break
GREAT VIDEO! I like how this channel talks about all of baseball history including legendary execs. Keep it up!

He actually wrecked the cubs though.

Even as a Yankees fan I need to give Epstein credit

Greatest sports executive ever. Maybe even better than Bill Veeck, it's close at least.
Theo is very overrated. He is the east coast verison of Andy McPhail. This is coming from a cubs fan!
it's amazing to me that some cubs fans don't appreciate him
