Caned up awesome content yes we have to give manny diaz alot of credit he is showing us he is not afraid to make changes make moves just like last year good offensive coaching staff and we got better offensively now the defensive coaches have now gotten good much better with bob shoops t rob jess simpson if we land travis williams your right man we have one of the best coaching staffs in the country that s how we are gonna be great again with a solid coaching staff who can teach develop and recruit . i am very impressed with our coaching staff on both sides of the ball and we still gotta get better and we will go canes 🙌thank you caned up
Bob Shoop is there to be the “defensive coordinator” during the week at practice so that Manny can still float around as the head coach when he needs to. Also he’s there to help Manny break down the opponents game film, to me hiring him means we aren’t bringing in a full time DC. Which I love because I really believe in Manny as a defensive play caller.

Diaz knows, great leaders make dam sure, they are not the smartest person in the room. They surround themselves with experts. Is Danny a Boss? W/o a National Championship, my personal opinion is "Hell No!" But his leadership style is that of a "people person". He did Baker a solid not firing him. But setting him up. If I'm a coach or a player and im wonder if i want to go to Miami? I have ask/research abt Mr. Diaz. Manny has a rep, that he is fun to work for, and that he is approachable, respectable, and fair. These are things i hope for, but rarely see in a boss. He has flaws and enemies/ haters. But don't we all? He is a boss in training (again in my opinion). IF, he keeps his ego in check, and listens to his VERY impressive staff. Executes implementation of varies ideas. He will have a very bright future in Miami. Grind hard, shine hard...its the Miami way. Go CANES!

However to me, until Manny wins the big games (against bama, Clemson, etc) or until he wins the Title games or until he wins the championship then he's just another wannabe. The proof is in the pudding. Let's hope that linebackers coach is hired and let's hope we at least play for an acc title game this year, even if we lose to bama. I still think Nkosi can be our qb that takes us over bama. I've said it before King choked against Clemson and NC. Nkosi doesn't choke and he has the strongest arm of all our Qb's. That being said I checked out Tvn's highlights and he has talent and can actually scramble for a big guy. He's also tall like Nkosi. Can't wait for the season opener.

Really manny doing a good job so far. No he hasn’t beat those top teams yet but he’s putting the team in a better situation. Offense reflect that this year and how he putting the defense of staff together better things are going to happen. Every head coach needs a good staff to win and we heading in that direction.
