This is just from personal experience and my personal observations over the years . Regarding the reservation policy in posts i think the way NPSC assigns the rankings is like if your written marks are extremely high even though you might be BT you would still get in the merit list....but if your written marks (for BT) are somewhere in the average with the general candidates than you would definitely get the posts under BT reserved category (even though in some cases your marks might be a bit more than some general candidates) otherwise the posts for general candidates would be overwhelmingly suppressed. NPSC too have atleast common sense & Humanitarian aspects 😅
If you guys could talk a bit about the steroid culture that is slowly mushrooming within the fitness ecosystem in Nagaland with youngsters(boys in general )desiring to get bigger and bigger just for social gratification at the risk of serious health complications in the near future....
With many bodybuilders with gym promoting their physique and endorsing expensive protein powder and many other products as the secret behind their physique... As a result it gives the wrong awareness to the youngsters regarding the idea of a healthy body or physique. When the influencers should be the ones who should be transparent and spread awareness and educate the youngsters that there is only so much you can achieve naturally. And that to reach their level of physique they need to use PED's and so on... .... #This might sound bitter... 😢 but I seriously hope the youngsters don't get on this steroid bandwagon and educate themselves better ....
BT quota shouldn't be getting rid of instead policies must be strengthened to avoid malpractices so that the right deserving candidates grab it. The simple logic is "If a person can't reach to pluck a mango, he either uses stick or ladder to get the fruit" So I feel that ENPO people need a ladder to reach n pluck that mango.
Get rid of it? Have you ever travel to eastern part of Nagaland? Do you know how our people are suffering without even basic education system, infrastructure, road and development? Don't even share your opinion if you have little knowledge 😢 Olop janeshe le podcast de ahina Khushi khusi kobo nakii it hurts our sentiments
