@@near237Just have two slots for Charlie. At p3 she is A tier (maybe even S imo) at anything lower than P3 she is C tier. Simple. Also i don't think Charlie is a crit based character so she is fine without a crit based support. If anything she goes amazingly with Sonetto bc when Charlie has buffs she hits even harder via her skill boosting it's own damage when Charlie has a buff. Also you never brought this up, but the reason Charlie goes hard is bc when she has e3 she gets her damage boost when she is below 80% health instead of 50%. & her i3 gives her a damage boost when she is above 50% health. So if you keep Charlie between the 80% to 50% hp range she be hitting like a leviathon. lol. Great vid!
@@danielw.2456 You bring Baby Blue for her -Mental def since Charlie deals Mental dmg. While Charlie deals increased damage when she has buffs on her, her Insights grant her her own buffs. Since buffs can’t overlap, bringing anyone with +DMG Dealt is not recommended.
Hi, is it possible to do a vid on the lower star characters like 4 and below? I am sure there are players like myself that do not have the luck or even luxury to pull decent 6 or 5 start characters so we may need substitutes till ones luck turns around and we can start getting decent 6 and 5 stars. Your videos have been very informative.
Appreciate that! I was going to do a 4 star and below vid, however, I stopped playing the game for now, because of the energy caps and lack of energy, I played for 30 minutes a day only and kinda got bored of it.
@@BarcodeUA-cam Understandable. Gacha games I notice don't really have a long shelf life because of the "stamina system". Even if it didn't have it you can only play for so long till you run out of things to do. Take your time anyways. I doubt this game is going anytime soon and thank you for your tips.
Reverse 1999 is so awesome. Vertin is such a nice character, she's beautiful and elegant. But the gacha is also nice. It's as if I don't actually need to pull for any six star. I got Eternity, A Knight, Druvius and Lilya. As an f2p, I recklessly pull and pull. I build Eagle and she nukes anything. I debuff enemies and Eagle deletes them faster than I can delete my internet history. I build my six stars and use them brainlessly. It doesn't work. I have no strategy. I drop that young as hell girl scout named Eagle into battle the way countries drop child soldiers into skirmishes. She nukes everything without me using my brain. I tap on her in the home screen and she tells me to get a good rest. But how can I rest when I have to build Eagle into Insight 3, max Resonance, max Pneumonia Dialysis or whatever it's called and max anything? This world is so cruel, I set Cristallo as my home screen character, for I feel I am on life support. I am but a victim of the Storm. Help me.
Charlie is a she btw :)) And no Tooth Fairy isnt paired with Charlie that often. Sure you WILL see a lot of people puttin Charlie and Tooth Fairy on the same team, but let's be honest here even Changeling will be put on the same team with Tooth Fairy because... Duhhhh most broken support in the game! Charlie has extremely low crit so she doesnt synergize with Crit team ALTHOUGH Hydbrid damage teams and Mono-Star team I believe you will be seeing her in those quite a LOT! Also no Charlie is an A tier unit without doubts EVEN at low dupes she deals a ridiculous amount of damage and in 1.4 girl is fkin S tier for obv reasons. Tbh she is the single best Star unit atm, with only 37 competing with her Genesis damage but then you still have arguments for Charlie as P5 Charle >>> every single other Mental DPS in the game, with only fully stacked Black Dwarf as the competition but again Charlie >>> all in short battles.
Charlie and Click are probably the most debatable. Let me know your thoughts below =)
The only way to debate for Charlie is if you managed to get her at P3 as F2P. Charlie P3 + Baby Blue + Healer is a good team.

Good thing for you is that Eagle can only go to Insight 2 lol ;)
I agree with you about Charlie. But, when you're a low spender, Charlie is good as DPS while you lack a mental DPS.
DO you need portrays for changling for Poison team to work or p0 is ok? I wanna save all pulls for changling can"t find any good info
P0 is OK. Insight 3 is even more important IMO then any portrays. They portrays WILL make her stronger of course tho, but she can work at P0.
