Thank you. I was looking at reviews as was going to buy one for my Mum as she struggles with her petrol mower now. I won't bother with this. The one using two batteries is supposed to be better but none in my local Lidl at the moment
:) It is OK, if you have say maximum 100 m2 of grass (and 2 batteries). Otherwise will need something more serious. There's a larger version of this (it is their "professional" series), which can accommodate 2 batteries (8 Ah), but that costs twice as much, plus 2x 8 Ah batteries are not cheap either... But that would do 1000 m2 apparently.
Can't comment on the box as not bought yet but just reading the leaflet I picked up instore this week, hence why I'm looking at reviews. Trouble is, he's comparing apples and pears. A cheap electric mower can hardly compete with a large petrol mower. Leaflet says cuts to edge, mulch insert, 450w consumption, lawn size up to 200m2, no load rotation speed 3650rpm, cutting height 25mm - 65mm (5 levels) collection box 32L
@@s1udgeguts Well...when I bought it, it wasn't written in the leaflet, not in-store, nor in the instructions. Also if it is good up to 200 m2, then add up the price of the batteries to cover the 800 m2, suddenly the price will be pretty much the same, as a petrol lawn mower.
🤣 It is not exactly a comparison per say, rather what to expect between the two. There is a stronger, bigger version of this Parkside cordless lawn mower, but with all the batteries you need to achieve a similar performance as this petrol one, the price is much higher already. Ot is to show what you get in this category. The small cordless is ideal for small areas, but in case you need to cover larger area, choose something else. That was the goal, not to compare the two on a 1:1 basis.
@@Dagoth666Ur Sorry, but your comment is plain rubbish… If you add up the price of the machine and a few 8Ah batteries, it is the same price as the petrol powered one, yet takes much longer to cut the grass with. Get your facts together, before commenting…
It doesn't matter, not trying to get the lawn mower of the year award. The lawn is shorter. I know how should it be done, I just can't be bothered, have different priorities in life.

Many thanks for the insight, I was looking at buying one of these but I'll stay with my Lawn king now, Appreciated 👍
👍
Thanks for doing the video, but why oh why, have the music so loud
The music should be the same level as the talk (or actually even under). Not sure, why is it loud for you.
Thanks for the video, now I know I must to avoid this. You spare my money, I will buy a McCulloch :D

Literature says "lawn size up to 200m2"
@s1udgeguts Where does it say it? Not on the box.

For me, it's twice as loud as I would feel comfortable with.. but thanks anyway👍👍
So you compared petrol lawnmover with battery elecric one and you found out that petrol is better. What a surprise mate, congratulations. Thumb down.

So what should he compare it with? 🤔 Both are lawnmowers, Maybe a push lanmower? or maybe one of those that fit to the pto on a tractor?😬

First off your not cutting the grass the right way 😂😂 straight lines not circles
