@@Alex-ej3by Thank you brother. Have a great session. I’m just trying to make the kind of content I enjoy watching myself. Keep me updated on the session and what numbers you pulled 👊🏽👊🏽
@@Happy_Limpet No sumo here😬Never really invested any time into it and I’ve always been ok at conventional deadlifts. I was using my figure of 8 lifting straps for my last set, so I didn’t need to use a mixed grip. All of my warm ups were with my raw grip. Respect, as always, brother 👏🏽👏🏽👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽
@@Riza20462 Thank you for the support brother. I’m not a big fan of sumo, it’s just never really worked well for me. I love the axle and the fact the it doesn’t bend adds to the fun😬😬👊🏽👊🏽
Awesome work, boss. 1RM calculators aren't always accurate but plugging the numbers into the calculator the result is an E1RM of 1005lbs. Have you ever pulled 1000lbs before, boss?
@@Egoliftdaily That’s crazy accurate. My personal best is 455kg on the axle (which is a little over 1000 pounds) I have also hit 456kg on the trap bar. Wow. I’ve never been into the E1RM calculators, but that is very accurate. Respect as always, brother 👊🏽👊🏽
@Redhulkatkinson1379 oh wow. That's absolutely mind blowing... To put things into perspective, there are long time WSM competitors out there who are still chasing that number on a deadlift bar, haha. Awesome work, boss. Ultra elite.
Bro you strong as hell. Not often I do a double take on a UA-cam video
@@ashk1988 big respect brother 👊🏽👏🏽
Dude u need to get into powerlifting cause i could seriously see you competing at a top level and collabing with some big names in the industry 💪.

A lot of hard work went into those numbers man much respect! Got my RDL session coming up this morning and you motivated me so thank you

Theres a new redhulk movie coming out. They should of called up the real red hulk, making 340kgs look like light weight

Boss, what’s your height and weight? massive lifts 💪
@Emirsgymlife I’m just under 6 foot 3 and weigh about 140kg👊🏽👏🏽
Massive sub maximal deadlift, half that weight is many people max.
@@RobinMuirhead Thank you, brother. I’m trying. My back is still sore days later 😢😬👊🏽👊🏽
Awesome cardio.

140kg like it was nothing. My max lol! Thats kinda annoying! Haha

Wot No sumo ..?? .. just wondered why you went double overhand at the end ? , insane weights as per usual ..

This is utterly insane. The bar is thick and stiff with no bend and thin plates. And conventional
Because people usually pull sumo on a deadlift bar
