Hi Laura, problem solved. I downloaded your app, so now I can get all your recipe's n measurements. So EXCITED!!! Thanks n keep up the AMAZING work! From one of your biggest fans! Lisa from Toronto, Canada
Thanks Laura, I learned alot with your potato Q&A video. Could you to a Q&A reference which spices/herbs to use with different meats. What's the best spice/herb for meat, poultry, and seafood, and conversly what spice should you not use for each category.
how cool that you went somewhere outside in this episode! very nice to see a little change of scenery, though your kitchen is great too. Thanks for the potato info!
My grandpa used to grow potatoes, and he taught me, the best way to store them is in a cool, dark and dry place - the pantry is usualy too warm the fidge is too light. A nice dry basement is perfect. Potatoes are only able to grow roots and plants, if they get light. So cover them up and you should be fine!
Hey Laura I love love your videos, I would like to see a topic on how to knead properly. Thank you so much never change you're great love you from Puerto Rico
can you please do a non-kitchen topic? i would like to suggest you showing us your hair/makeup routine....fav make up, tutorial on a look you love, etc. thanks and love your videos and recipes and thank you so much for doing this for all us viewers! xoxo
HI Laura! I looove cooking for my family and friends. You make such a wonderful recipes! My mom, can't eat anything with salt because heart issues, I would like to know what i can use instead, what spices. Kisses from a Spaniard!
Soil is actually good for you, it contains many nutrients and so scrubbing the potatoes til they are raw actually removes a lot of the nutrient value. Although its true that conventional growing adds pesticides and what not to their soils so in that sense its good to clean them
Hi Laura.. would u pls let me know how to keep the peeled potatoes from turning black before you actually cook them? Keep making videos like this coz its really helpful.. love ya..
Hi Laura, loving your new channel. Please can you tell us about Herbs, e.g Which herbs to use and when. Which herbs go with which meats/fish. When to use fresh or when you can use dried. also how to store herbs for maximum freshness and minimum waste. Do you grow your own herbs and his so how do you start herb garden at home?
Laura! I love to make your recipes because they are just so easy to make and delicious... I have learned a lot by watching your videos. The 1 thing I love the most in when you make dishes with basil and tomatoes like the Caprese Pasta. Where I live you find basil leaves but not the entire plant. Can you show me how to keep my basil fresh because when I buy it, it only lasts 1 day in this hot climate we have. Can I have the real plant in my kitchen so I can have always fresh basil? how can I do it
Hi Laura! I loove pasta and i am always cooking it.iv done many of your recipes for pasta and i love them.but i want to know is there a way to keep pasta good overnight.iv noticed that when i cook chicken Alfredo and i have some left overs then nest day its super greasy and doesn't taste well can i avoid this??
Hey Laura, i love your videos you are like my go to chef on youtube, i was wondering if you can do a LaurasTopics video on everything baking or everything on the the Kitchen Aid! Thanks Laura keep the videos coming xoxo
I'm surprised you said that peeling or not peeling it doesn't matter. I eat boiled, peeled potatoes all my life, as my mom did and Grandma. Once or twice I made it, boiled it with a skin and the taste is completely different to even the point that it didn't taste so good. But maybe it's because I eat peeled potatoes all my life, so different taste of them is very noticable. And thank you for the advice about storing in fringe. =)
I bought a potato on ebay one time that was shaped like a duck, lol. I didn't throw it out until it was about a foot and a half tall from growing a plant. Good informative video though!
I would like a Q&A about artichokes. How to cook them, how to take out the artichoke hearts, etc. I've never been able to cook them correctly, so I buy canned.
Hi Laura, how do you clean mushrooms? I always scrape them under running water, but heard you're not supposed to wash them, is that true? P.S. LOVE these topics videos as much as your recipes! I've learned a lot from you :)
