I really like this anime because Greek mythology always interested me growing up. Yeah animation could be better but I think the soundtrack and story make up for it. I also heard the next season they have more time to make it and more resources so I'm excited

First fight: the strongest norse god vs the strongest chinese human. Second fight: the father of the universe vs the father of mankind. I love the conceptuality.
Adam could just copy tandava karma and erase shiva since hes almost guaranteed to dodge attacks and land his own...therefore shiva wouldve been done fast.
In all seriousness, Adam should've won this. He was literally made by god, so he is the weapon. Also, they literally let Zeus recover and didn't count the down.

Makes sense thhat lu bu's body and valkyrie's body didn't break apart until the army died. Lu bu's soul was poured into his army so in extent he and his army are as one being and with the death of his army, there is no story to pass of lu bu's legacy and memories that were made with him and his companions in battle have gone with them.
Of the 13 battles, this season only covers the first 3. So there will have to be another season (or 2) to finish the tournament. Hopefully all of the negativity that is being directed at the series because of the animation won't cause problems for that.

Pretty much all the gods have a different backstory compare to their historical/mythological routes. Shiva only got backlash because it's from an active religion.

As a manga reader they removed some of the best scenes from the manga which is very disappointing, because those are very important scenes.
