There's a difference between being smart and being educated. I knew a few CO's who had Master's degrees or so they claimed that were stupid as hell or didn't have an ounce of common sense. They did shit that just made me shake my head. Also the ones that always hid during yard, chow or other times of high moment. I had absolutely no respect for them and would stay away from them if I could.
I hate the ones who act better than everyone & try to act like they're in control of everybody. Complete disrespectful to everyone. I think they're the most dangerous!

As an old school CO working in the cook county jail, sometimes I needed to slap an inmate for disrespect. Other then that, I let them do whatever. But, these new inmates now (kids) have NO respect! Different times. Can't lose my job. Criminals have all the rights these days.
