That’s an awesome idea!! Thank you for the suggestion and compliments. Those are the ceramic nesting mixing bowls from Crate and Barrel, but I recommend getting the duralex clear mixing bowls because the white ones scratch and discolor easily.

I love it. I've owned Wüsthof, Henckels, Shun, and now Miyabi and it's a great knife. It's not as heavy as German knives are, but I need something lighter now that my hands don't work like they used to.

Yes, that's why it's called Impossible Meat. It can't be meat if it's a vegan substitute. Most people look at the label and purchase based on their preference. Obviously, if you're not a fan of a product, you should choose one that you are comfortable using. Hence, the reason I make my filling with lentils. Veggie pastels would just require you sautéing your favorite minced veg in a small amount of oil and adding the tomato sauce and other spices to create a thick stew.
OK. Your breakdown and expansion on pasteles is nothing short of epic. This is a master class! Bravo!

You can totally add raisins to the meat towards the last 10 minutes of cooking. A cup should work.

I love the pork and chicken but not a fan of the olives and capers.
As I mentioned in the video @15:18, you can omit them if you don't like them
