Seeing Agatha be so amazed and enthusiastic about a watermelon made my heart explode. Its emotional and beautiful. Emotional because it reminds me of the days when my son (now teenager baby boy) used to want to be a part of everything I was doing. At the time it was a bother, now it is a beautiful, happy memory that I would love to relive.
Your landlady is so lucky to have such clean, caring people living in her rental home! I do think Tolya could do the floors and help with the laundry, though! It is unfair for you to do it all, especially since you are 8 months pregnant!
I love watching cleaning videos. I've been subscribed for awhile but I don't usually comment. I have severe anxiety with panic attacks from trauma PTSD, it's really bad at night but I've found that cleaning videos help calm me enough so I can get to sleep. I enjoy all your content but I really loved watching this tonight before bedtime. Laundry is my favorite chore too! Sending prayers for a safe delivery for your baby!

That is one big house to clean. 🤣 Great job. When I clean it has to sneak up on me. I clean the bathrooms first then I figure I should vacuum the floors, then I have to dust then I mop. There's even a word for it. "Weaponized incompetence". Essentially when your partner uses their incompetence as a weapon to make you slave away while they relax. My husband isn't as good as me at cleaning but that excuse doesn't fly in our household. :P plus he's getting better albeit slowly.
@@DM-nw5lu I think balance is key here. As long as both partners are permitted to be "incompetent" equally (either by rotating, or by splitting it all up) the situation is no longer weaponized 🤝

When my partner and I first started dating I worked full time AND did all the chores. I essentially worked 14 hours of the day.. add sleep to that.. I had no life during the week and then he had the gall to complain we don't spend enough time together during the week. After that we changed the chore arrangement and it was a HUGE improvement for our home and love life.
That pot or pan thing happens to all. I sometimes just leave it for the next time I was dishes. When I learned English their were many wards that sounded the same but were spelled differently and had different meanings. For example: sweep and swipe. You sweep the floor. You sipe the curser of the computer across the screen. They are very similar in movement and different at the same time

I've recently resigned from my job of 14 years, and before that I've also always worked (mostly office 8-5 type jobs, I'm 43), so I've decided to give myself a little break to get all the things done that I've never had time for... now I get less done than when I was working full time. I try to keep the dishes and laundry under control, but I can't get myself to do anything else! Trying not to be hard on myself, but it's difficult. Loved this video, I'm living vicariously through you, hahaha! Love your vlogs!

Hey Vika, Tolya, Agatha and Future Baby Sister! I love clean with me videos, too. My mother, sister and I used to clean house together on Saturday mornings and Sunday evenings at Mom, Sister's and if we were at my maternal grandmother's home or our country house, there, as well. Your home is so beautiful, and Agatha is looking so much healthier and taller! She is not a baby anymore. That bright pink gingham dress is so cheerful for her. Personally, my fave chores are dishes and laundry, not only because they are quick and easy, but also because I am a Pisces (water sign) and they are water-based activities. So for me, they are fun. I just folded a large load of clothes and towels yesterday and have another for today, then it will be blankets and bedspreads for a couple days. Trying to get to the point where I can inventory and check the condition of everything. It's been about five years since I last did that, and I'm noticing some clothes need fixing/replacing and some towels need replacing. But mostly I use them all within each year, so I'm doing something right. I only have a trailer to clean right now, so it's pretty easy. I need to order a watermelon, yours looks beautiful! A yummy healthy reward to share after the day's cleaning is done. It's great that Agatha is experiencing it completely: running her fingers over it to study the colors, patterns, hard outer rind, wetness, shape, texture, smelling it, tasting it, asking about the seeds. Teachable moments. My aunt used to be famous for her sweet watermelon rind preserves, canned in old fashioned glass jars. What a way to recycle leftovers! Well done, guys! Bright blessings.

It’s funny because doing the dishes is my least favorite as well…so I do that first thing haha. I always worry I’ll lose my motivation if I do a lot of other things first and then leave that for later. But I see your point about feeling accomplished with easy tasks. I think my other problem is a messy kitchen drives me crazy so I can’t leave it even if I try 😂 Thank you for the cleaning motivation! Videos like this really do help me get into a cleaning mood.

Omgosh I can’t even do all that for myself and I live alone. But then again, it’s only my own dirt so hey! I hope when your family arrives for the baby’s birth they’ll take care of everything so you can incubate with the little one 🥰 Side note: watermelon is fantastic all around, but if you want to make it a side dish, here’s a super easy idea: Simple Summer Salad: Cubed watermelon Pistachios Diced red onion Balsamic vinegar Toss and rest and that’s it! I have no measurements so you’ll have to wing it, but if you start slow on the red onion and balsamic, you can always add more to taste. I like mine zingy! Refreshing and easy. Verified by someone who doesn’t like to cook!

Hi Victoria - you are definitely 'sounding' pregnant... not breathless, but laboured pregnancy breath (growing baby squashes your lungs) Just make sure to take regular rests. I also believe 'A place for everything and everything in its place'. I roll laundry that goes in drawers rather than folding... anything to cut down on domestic chores! I've also recently bought a robot vacuum from Amazon - sounds extravagant, but it wasn't and the one I bought also mops the floors
Nesting!!!! I remember being pregnant with my second baby and cleaning cleaning cleaning. I have really fallen off the clean house wagon now, but I know it’s temporary. This was such a calming, inspiring and very enjoyable video. Good job making those clean dishes disappear! 🍉🍉🍉

Omgosh I can’t even do all that for myself and I live alone. But then again, it’s only my own dirt so hey! I hope when your family arrives for the baby’s birth they’ll take care of everything so you can incubate with the little one 🥰 Side note: watermelon is fantastic all around, but if you want to make it a side dish, here’s a super easy idea: Simple Summer Salad:
Cubed watermelon
Pistachios
Diced red onion
Balsamic vinegar
Toss and rest and that’s it!
I have no measurements so you’ll have to wing it, but if you start slow on the red onion and balsamic, you can always add more to taste. I like mine zingy!
Refreshing and easy. Verified by someone who doesn’t like to cook!

Hi Victoria - you are definitely 'sounding' pregnant... not breathless, but laboured pregnancy breath (growing baby squashes your lungs) Just make sure to take regular rests. I also believe 'A place for everything and everything in its place'. I roll laundry that goes in drawers rather than folding... anything to cut down on domestic chores! I've also recently bought a robot vacuum from Amazon - sounds extravagant, but it wasn't and the one I bought also mops the floors
I'm impressed, I don't have any kids and even I can't be bothered to clean the cooktop hardly ever that thoroughly!
Nesting!!!! I remember being pregnant with my second baby and cleaning cleaning cleaning. I have really fallen off the clean house wagon now, but I know it’s temporary. This was such a calming, inspiring and very enjoyable video. Good job making those clean dishes disappear! 🍉🍉🍉

I like cleaning the bathroom and cleaning the floor ( because I see results quickly). I hate folding clothes and hoovering!

At least once a day I say "there's always one more dish" I swear it never fails. I get the dishwasher absolutely full, like playing tetris and then I walk away and see one more.

Loved the video--- so much work with many floors! Agatha was so sweet to help at the end... and then Toyla cut the watermelon! We cut it in rings, then quarters to get slices. Your way is genius!!! There's another fast way of cutting squares without the rind, but for slices!!! I love your method!

I love watching cleaning videos myself too.. you should keep your washer door open to help it get air while not using it otherwise you’ll get mold.. just so you know.. being that prego is so hard to continue to keep going great job!!
