- Adam’s mood can change in split of a second from calm to hyper. He can very well have a burst of energy at anytime, and he will need to burn it out immediately by RUNNING. The problem is sometimes it happens at the most inappropriate places and time.
It takes lots of patience, energy and love to take care like him.

Hi Adam, I have enjoyed watching all the vlogs your daddy uploaded on here. We live in the UK, my son is 8 years old and he is non verbal too. We love him so much, just like your family do but yes, raising a special need child is not a walk in the park. I could relate so much with you Adam when I see your vlogs, from the stimming, meltdowns, sleep deprivation and that look in your eyes when tried so hard to communicate but sometimes even as parents we still constantly guessing and guessing. Your family gives me strength and an insight to our own future. Thank you Adam and family. I very much appreciate every single vlog you made.

You should find Adam a running team with a helper. That might help burn some of that energy. Or if you have a running track near by.

Anak autism punya energi yg luar biasa, jadi disarankan untuk bawa dia berolahraga. Kalo dia suka lari, bawa dia lari sebanyak mungkin. Kerana dengan keluarnya banyak energi dia akan jadi lebih tenang.
