Something I have found with "What Rads" is that in T-65 with the card at rank 3 or 4, you DO heal the rads faster than you can get them even in a Nuke Zone. Radiation Rumble is the only time I have to even think about Radiation.

Got back into this game after years being away (regret it to a degree) and recently got this legendary perk Even at level 2, it is VERY clear this perk is an absolute must have if your build doesn't involve keeping rads high. If you're like me and want to keep it topped off, it is almost non negotiable of a perk I have the power armor one and the lockpick as of now but my God, this one is definitely something to behold
Exploding palm is highly underrated. If you’re and unarmed build of course. It’s per hit with a chance to explode, effecting the target you’re currently fighting, and the explosions don’t effect you. And the damage is effected by demolitions expert and grenadier perk cards. Plus, if you use hack and slash multiple enemies explode.
I know this is nearly a year old, but I haven't done an unarmed build. Does the death tambo count as unarmed since it's a punching weapon, or melee since it is actually a weapon?

That auto lock pick perk gets me wanted at least 1 time in a few hours of playthrough. I spam the spacebar and open people's locked stuff all the time not paying attention.

Great info, thanks. A great combo for full health builds is What Rads? and Healing Factor mutation, when maxed out you can ignore all low level radiation zones, survive for a while in most medium zones and with the Rad Shield chem (Rad-X without mutation suppression) and Rad resistance on your armor you can even spend a short time (10-15 mins) in a blast zone!
You really should watch angry turtle. Im around lvl 300 and several recommendations in this video for 'melee users' and 'power armor users' are near useless.
@@donaldbell2554 Some quick tips I can give you is that armor penetration really helps a ton. Get it through perks or legendary effects. If melee, strength increases damage that you do; low health + unyielding armor will make you hit harder. If using ranged, a single point into concentrated fire will allow you to target heads for higher damage (keep in mind the head is not always the weakest point).
It just doesn’t seem like too many of these legendary perks are very good. Most are just situational. What rads seems like one of the few essential ones for a full health builds. Hopefully eventually they take away the cost of swapping them out and then tie them to the punch card machine so you could truly change your build completely. They still take a long time to level up so the cost to swap them doesn’t seem necessary to me. Hopefully they add some new ones that are better

I have some rad resistance on my armor and underarmor, but with Rank 2 What Rads, I can walk around nuked zones (in PA) or silos (no PA) and not actually gain any rads, even in irradiated areas.

Rank 2 of this Legendary Perk is enough to not take any rads at all while being in the middle of a nuke zone in Excavator Power Armor. If you are in a Hazmat or Stealth Suite you only need rank 1.
I found a bloodied explosive railway rifle and made a character revolving around it, I haven't chosen anything but special perks amd my character is a beast.
As a vanguard (ikr) "what rads" is a god send. Mixed with the daytime healing card, it's just always healthy. Except the multiple drug addictions and mutations..
I like survival shortcut because that's less that I have to carry with me and saves me weight. Then I can focus on growing the stuff I need for adhesive and selling purified water for caps
I find that there is more QoL with simply all slots with special stats. There are so many good perk cards to use in every category. Just wish there would be a 7th legendary slot.
honestly i grabbed infiltrator for my first leg perk as i'm just still in the exploring and doing quests and holy hell it opened up so many points i could put into more damage or survivability. then i got ammo factory because in a duo one of us making ammo in big numbers is pretty useful. most likely going to grab a + special now i understand i can move the perk points around if i don't need the excess ones
Worth noting that Hack and Slash works with Deathclaw Gauntlet too, (and I assume power fist), and gives something like the explosion effect visually. Puzzled me first few times. Will explode vehicles though so worth having some protection from explosions and fire.
IF you are a explosive build and you use missiles or mini nukes sadly ammo factory is a must. One day missiles and mini nukes wont be a stupid ammo to craft and actually give a descent amount without perks.
Personally I love Survival Syringe, even though some people say it's terrible late game. I strongly disagree, it's basically just constant free & better Stimpacks (that do work with First Aid and Field Medic). More importantly though, it means you don't need to waste stimpacks to heal chip damage. So for one, you don't need the idle healing mutation, and two you don't even need to carry any other chems, freeing up a lot of stimpack hoards.
If you use the player camp shop system at all you quickly realize that having maxed out caps is a constant problem. Many players sell ammo. Once you make these two realizations you understand that ammo factory is a wasted slot.
Problem with Charisma Legendary is sharing perks among teammates. So, I strongly suggest everyone put 9 REAL points in Charisma...stop there, little need for more...and you can share a 3 point perk card from any attribute. Less than 9 Real Ch points and your making your team a bit less than. If everyone did this, shared cards and watched what all the rest of the team was sharing to avoid duplicate shared cards, teams would be much more powerful. Edit - *the legendary CH Perk only adds to your real charisma base but never activates additional share points*
In endgame Funky Duds is only useful on power armor or mixed builds as it's rather easy to roll poison resist on armor - with one or two armor pieces you are good to go, no need to waste a legendary perk on that.
That's true, I think it's a balance. If there is no other legendary perk card that you want, it's not a bad idea to have funky duds to cover you from poison and then you can choice other rolls on your armour. Just depends what you roll I guess!
My problem with funky duds is that it has to be a matching set. It’s hard enough to find good legendary effects on all 5 pieces without them being the same piece.

Honestly I don't go down nearly enough to justify Power Armor Reboot, and that's just in excavator too. But speaking of power armor it also makes the Legendary specials a little bit more valuable too as you don't have armor and more specifically underarmor boosting them.
The wording of What Rads should really be clarified for new players: restoring rads sounds like the opposite of what is happening. “Removing rads” would make more sense.
So I just wanted to throw this little tint bit out there for maylay users if you use hack and/collateral damage and explosive poems all simultaneously you will increase you'll increase your explosions not once but twice you have a higher chance of exploding targets while using vats and hes using that and with hackenslash you do area damage that hits other creatures around which can force them to explode as well so you can actually cause multiple explosions simultaneously if you pair that with explosive expert per card You will end up with higher levels of explosions just warning if you do this if you are a bloody built just no you will end up Is killing yourself multiple times with your own explosions but it is awesome
27:39 Untrue statement. Chinese stealth suit with my rank 3 what rads not only says < 1 rad in nuke zone but I do recover rads down to 0. However I am stuck in a 140 DR/ER suit, so I lose all the benefits of the other armor sets like vanguard etc. I also in Excavator PA get the same thing but says +1 rads but still my rads go down to 0 29:27 - through the whole end of charisma discussion, not 100% true. If you choose Charisma Legendary Perk Card to replace or add 5 to your charisma points they do not count towards the sharing points requirement when team sharing perk cards. If you added the Charisma perk card to go from 4 to 9 charisma points in order to share a level 3 perk card(like tenderizer), it wont allow you. The system still says you have only 4 points in charisma. So there is a negative effect to choosing Charisma. Whether this was intended or still an oversight on Bugthesda IDK, but its there.
"What Rad" was the first legendary i pick. Best choice. I never cared about rads from food or enviroment anymore, and i sell every Rad-X and Radaway i found.
[its gonna be really nieche but bear with me] as someone who really nerded out at all the open/closed betas for fo76 and kinda stopped playing it after a couple months of release because content drought, i just recently came back, and just wanted to start fresh, as much as it pained me to loose my lvl78, there was just too much new stuff... that out of the way, i got 2 legendary perk slots right of the gate! and boy let me tell you far-flung fireworks from lvl1-40 was a huge game changer for clearing out hordes of monsters, and the 10% proced quite often. so what im trying to say is, its okay for early game if you already have a highlevel character and want to start fresh, but mid-lategame (you get your first legendary perk slot at 50 i belive) its rather meh and you should be hands off.
master infiltrator is basicly "6 more perk points" since you can take it and you get 6 off your perk totals :P so that + 5 legendary perk points cards 31 points extra points for your build instead of 30 ^^ how about making video how to get perkpoints fast? ^^
It'd be nice if you got some Lifesaver-style affect like Power armor Reboot, but a lower proc chance than either of them. Buffing your team and being a full time team player allows you to occasionally survive an attack you'd normally need to respawn after. 40DR&5HPps/14s that's reset by each proc seems too weak for a max rank leg.perk card imo. It should at least stack and reset buff duration, idk maybe? 50DR sounds better too. Imagine a team of Bloody builds dying back to back in something like, Earle or pvp, could stack a decent bit of healing for a short time. 150DR&15HPps/14s, a 210 total HP healing from last teammates Blood Sacrifice proc, for the whole team if everyone's running BS4. It's an interesting idea for a card but I would never use it as is. Revamp needed bad.
Love survival syringe I carry no food or water anymore and use the raiders backpack for my chems I have 14 mutations so hunger and thirst go down pretty quickly. I drop all food ,water and stims to lower level players a few times a day .
Just started doing this. Survival syringe mixed with healing factor is great. Maxed out survival syringes gives you them so frequently, I don't use stimpacks anymore. I drop those to new players fresh out of the vault.

this video is just reading the cards out prob so for the people that want actual information go master infiltrator first dont upgrade it its just useful as u make 6 points available for spending in ur build immediatly while also being able to hack and picklock anything in the game dont go what rads if you havent thought about getting a bloodied build super specials are always useful as long as u dont have the max of 15 already and the rest should be looked at as being only useful for specific builds like shotgun or rifle or melee and i highly recommend still researching before picking the other ones but master infiltration is a no brainer
Question on "Master Infiltrator" if this is added and can unlock computers and locks. Do this unlock folks camps, as we'll be PvP all the time thinking the water pump hasn't a lock?
Did they change the ways you can get legendary perk cards ? i hear you can have 1 card at lv 50 and unlock the 2nd card at lv 75 and the 3rd at lv 100 ? well my level 50 i could have 3 diffrent perk cards picked. the 4th card was unlocked at lv 175 ? whats going on I swear they changed it ?

Great and very informative video. But no one should be using charisma legendary card. You cannot share perks using that card instead use another perk card and move the points over to charisma. Personally I have mostly SPECIAL legendary cards love the versatility also means my bloodied rifle build can have some melee DMG mods etc. as well
I hit lvl 50 not long ago and chose survival. I love this one because it clears some perk cards I would have and helps me keep going outside of my camp as long as possible. It's honestly just a really nice convenience card.
Good video but a point you might have missed. Legendary Charisma should never be used. The ability to share a card is based on the actual points allocated under Charisma. If you you have 6 points allocated in Charisma you can share a singe level 2 card. If you have only 1 in Charisma and a maxed out Legendary Charisma card, you can allocate 6 points of cards to Charisma but cannot share any cards as you base Charisma allocation is 1. Also, mutations affect your base Charisma points as well. if you have 6 points in Charisma and a Legendary Charisma at level 3, you will have 9 points you can use for allocating cards but can only share a single 2 point card. If you also have a mutation/disease that gives you a -2 Charisma you still see 9 points for allocation but your base Charisma drops from 6 to 4 and you can only share a single 1 point card.

i do not think ammo factory is helpful at all i see ppl talk about it but i have yet to craft or buy ammo of any kind i mainly use heavy weps and mini gun but i get ammo everywhere maybe if i was crafting missiles or nukes it would be nice but that stuff is too heavy for me to want to use out side of just for some fun i think the best one is the unlock all locks and computers because that saves you all those perks and any build can use it easy but thats a lot of stuff you can improve without needing the cards
Funky duds is definitely a bloody build only card. It's a complete waste for full health builds. I cant recall any time within the last couple of years where poison has been a factor at all. I kinda forgot it was even in the game.
when you say about multiple characters for farming ammo how would that work? I can understand multiple accounts as you would be seen as two separate players. Surely you have to logout to use another character so wouldn't ammo disappear?
When it say matching set of armour does that mean the full armour like legs, arms and chest all have to be the same? So if you have one thing different like a metal armour leg when you have leather the rest will it not work?
Is power armor the exception to what rads. In level 50 t51b what rads at rank two heals all my rads in a nuke zone. Like the bar doesn't even lower my health at all.
Is it possible to acquire every perk card and raise them all to max???? I wanna try multiple different builds but i dont want 5 different characters to do that.....im worried i wont be able to get all the perk cards for all the builds. My plans are to make Shotgunner, Sniper, Heavy Gunner w/ Power armor and Medic. I already have a melee build at 15 and now im working on shotgunner.
27:53 ...yes it does, i have what rads(maxed) on top of my t65 power armor and even on nuke zones im completely rad free ... the only place in the game that can overpower this perk is the mine of the radiation rumble event where u go to get the ore for the event.... the rest u name it and i went there testing thos combo and it cannot stick any rads in me
I feel like he meant in normal armor. Not like we dont have the sealth suit and pa but itd have been nice to be able to use rad chems in normal armor and not have to chug rad aways.
you should never put points into charisma they do not stack with the share i made that mistake whenever legendary cards first came out and filled my charisma all the way up before i realized that they don't stack so if you're trying to do that put your points into something else and then put your base points into charisma because that's the only way it works same way with unyielding armor or plus one charisma they just don't stack only the base numbers do
I have the ammo factory perk card and i was wondering will it affect the ammosmith and super duper perk like will it stack or i can get rid of them to put other perks instead cux am not sure🤔
My only criticism is... Going back through a some of your vids, you only seem to focus on how 'Everything' effects your bloodied build... Seems a bit limiting to some very informative videos.
Could do better giving the negative. In no way should you be recommending Retribution, even to melee builds. There are so many better ways of getting health and AP regen without using up a legendary perk slot.

Get 15 int, unyeilding armor, and pop berry mentats. Helps a ton and there even more you can do to boost your xp gains

Never needing to hack terminals is lovely gets old after multiple playthroughs of fallout 3,4,new vegas,and multiple 76 characters.

electric Absorption basically lets you charge fusion cores, just go to the river by southern city(whatever its name is) and just stand there

I need to unequip my ammo factory for something else and then change it back as needed! Wow I’m up to level 286 or around that area atm and I’ve never though about doing that

Honestly I don't go down nearly enough to justify Power Armor Reboot, and that's just in excavator too.
But speaking of power armor it also makes the Legendary specials a little bit more valuable too as you don't have armor and more specifically underarmor boosting them.
Dont take powersprinter there is a skill card at rank 2 it completle turns of the extra fusion core cost when youre sprinting.
The wording of What Rads should really be clarified for new players: restoring rads sounds like the opposite of what is happening. “Removing rads” would make more sense.

So I just wanted to throw this little tint bit out there for maylay users if you use hack and/collateral damage and explosive poems all simultaneously you will increase you'll increase your explosions not once but twice you have a higher chance of exploding targets while using vats and hes using that and with hackenslash you do area damage that hits other creatures around which can force them to explode as well so you can actually cause multiple explosions simultaneously if you pair that with explosive expert per card You will end up with higher levels of explosions just warning if you do this if you are a bloody built just no you will end up Is killing yourself multiple times with your own explosions but it is awesome
27:39 Untrue statement. Chinese stealth suit with my rank 3 what rads not only says < 1 rad in nuke zone but I do recover rads down to 0. However I am stuck in a 140 DR/ER suit, so I lose all the benefits of the other armor sets like vanguard etc. I also in Excavator PA get the same thing but says +1 rads but still my rads go down to 0
29:27 - through the whole end of charisma discussion, not 100% true. If you choose Charisma Legendary Perk Card to replace or add 5 to your charisma points they do not count towards the sharing points requirement when team sharing perk cards. If you added the Charisma perk card to go from 4 to 9 charisma points in order to share a level 3 perk card(like tenderizer), it wont allow you. The system still says you have only 4 points in charisma. So there is a negative effect to choosing Charisma. Whether this was intended or still an oversight on Bugthesda IDK, but its there.
"What Rad" was the first legendary i pick. Best choice. I never cared about rads from food or enviroment anymore, and i sell every Rad-X and Radaway i found.

It is pretty situational but on earl detonation contagion can clear out the whole room pretty quick if no one else is killing wendigos.

[its gonna be really nieche but bear with me] as someone who really nerded out at all the open/closed betas for fo76 and kinda stopped playing it after a couple months of release because content drought, i just recently came back, and just wanted to start fresh, as much as it pained me to loose my lvl78, there was just too much new stuff... that out of the way, i got 2 legendary perk slots right of the gate! and boy let me tell you far-flung fireworks from lvl1-40 was a huge game changer for clearing out hordes of monsters, and the 10% proced quite often.
so what im trying to say is, its okay for early game if you already have a highlevel character and want to start fresh, but mid-lategame (you get your first legendary perk slot at 50 i belive) its rather meh and you should be hands off.
I'm quite sure exploding palm is bugged, my buddy showed me that it procks even with normal melee weapons like the grognak's axe.
master infiltrator is basicly "6 more perk points" since you can take it and you get 6 off your perk totals :P so that + 5 legendary perk points cards 31 points extra points for your build instead of 30 ^^ how about making video how to get perkpoints fast? ^^

If blood sacrifice was better for the player dying I’d use it. Otherwise it’s practically useless. Some cards need revamps.
It'd be nice if you got some Lifesaver-style affect like Power armor Reboot, but a lower proc chance than either of them.
Buffing your team and being a full time team player allows you to occasionally survive an attack you'd normally need to respawn after.
40DR&5HPps/14s that's reset by each proc seems too weak for a max rank leg.perk card imo.
It should at least stack and reset buff duration, idk maybe? 50DR sounds better too.
Imagine a team of Bloody builds dying back to back in something like, Earle or pvp, could stack a decent bit of healing for a short time. 150DR&15HPps/14s, a 210 total HP healing from last teammates Blood Sacrifice proc, for the whole team if everyone's running BS4.
It's an interesting idea for a card but I would never use it as is. Revamp needed bad.

Love survival syringe I carry no food or water anymore and use the raiders backpack for my chems I have 14 mutations so hunger and thirst go down pretty quickly. I drop all food ,water and stims to lower level players a few times a day .
Just started doing this. Survival syringe mixed with healing factor is great. Maxed out survival syringes gives you them so frequently, I don't use stimpacks anymore. I drop those to new players fresh out of the vault.

this video is just reading the cards out prob so for the people that want actual information go master infiltrator first dont upgrade it its just useful as u make 6 points available for spending in ur build immediatly while also being able to hack and picklock anything in the game dont go what rads if you havent thought about getting a bloodied build super specials are always useful as long as u dont have the max of 15 already and the rest should be looked at as being only useful for specific builds like shotgun or rifle or melee and i highly recommend still researching before picking the other ones but master infiltration is a no brainer
Question on "Master Infiltrator" if this is added and can unlock computers and locks. Do this unlock folks camps, as we'll be PvP all the time thinking the water pump hasn't a lock?

Did they change the ways you can get legendary perk cards ? i hear you can have 1 card at lv 50 and unlock the 2nd card at lv 75 and the 3rd at lv 100 ? well my level 50 i could have 3 diffrent perk cards picked. the 4th card was unlocked at lv 175 ? whats going on I swear they changed it ?

Great and very informative video. But no one should be using charisma legendary card. You cannot share perks using that card instead use another perk card and move the points over to charisma.
Personally I have mostly SPECIAL legendary cards love the versatility also means my bloodied rifle build can have some melee DMG mods etc. as well
I hit lvl 50 not long ago and chose survival. I love this one because it clears some perk cards I would have and helps me keep going outside of my camp as long as possible. It's honestly just a really nice convenience card.
Good video but a point you might have missed. Legendary Charisma should never be used. The ability to share a card is based on the actual points allocated under Charisma. If you you have 6 points allocated in Charisma you can share a singe level 2 card. If you have only 1 in Charisma and a maxed out Legendary Charisma card, you can allocate 6 points of cards to Charisma but cannot share any cards as you base Charisma allocation is 1. Also, mutations affect your base Charisma points as well. if you have 6 points in Charisma and a Legendary Charisma at level 3, you will have 9 points you can use for allocating cards but can only share a single 2 point card. If you also have a mutation/disease that gives you a -2 Charisma you still see 9 points for allocation but your base Charisma drops from 6 to 4 and you can only share a single 1 point card.
Hey love what's the point to get unyuilling armor if u use power armor cuz it unquip a soon as u use ur power armor
The idea is you use one or the other when the time arises (i.e. use power armour with a heavy gunner when versing the Scorchbeast queen)

i do not think ammo factory is helpful at all i see ppl talk about it but i have yet to craft or buy ammo of any kind i mainly use heavy weps and mini gun but i get ammo everywhere maybe if i was crafting missiles or nukes it would be nice but that stuff is too heavy for me to want to use out side of just for some fun i think the best one is the unlock all locks and computers because that saves you all those perks and any build can use it easy but thats a lot of stuff you can improve without needing the cards
Funky duds is definitely a bloody build only card. It's a complete waste for full health builds. I cant recall any time within the last couple of years where poison has been a factor at all. I kinda forgot it was even in the game.
Don’t invest in the charisma perk card. It’s bugged and doesn’t allow you to share perk cards if you use it. This needs fixed ASAP!

when you say about multiple characters for farming ammo how would that work? I can understand multiple accounts as you would be seen as two separate players. Surely you have to logout to use another character so wouldn't ammo disappear?

Is power armor the exception to what rads. In level 50 t51b what rads at rank two heals all my rads in a nuke zone. Like the bar doesn't even lower my health at all.

I wanna try multiple different builds but i dont want 5 different characters to do that.....im worried i wont be able to get all the perk cards for all the builds. My plans are to make Shotgunner, Sniper, Heavy Gunner w/ Power armor and Medic. I already have a melee build at 15 and now im working on shotgunner.
27:53 ...yes it does, i have what rads(maxed) on top of my t65 power armor and even on nuke zones im completely rad free ... the only place in the game that can overpower this perk is the mine of the radiation rumble event where u go to get the ore for the event.... the rest u name it and i went there testing thos combo and it cannot stick any rads in me
I feel like he meant in normal armor. Not like we dont have the sealth suit and pa but itd have been nice to be able to use rad chems in normal armor and not have to chug rad aways.

you should never put points into charisma they do not stack with the share i made that mistake whenever legendary cards first came out and filled my charisma all the way up before i realized that they don't stack so if you're trying to do that put your points into something else and then put your base points into charisma because that's the only way it works same way with unyielding armor or plus one charisma they just don't stack only the base numbers do
I have the ammo factory perk card and i was wondering will it affect the ammosmith and super duper perk like will it stack or i can get rid of them to put other perks instead cux am not sure🤔

My only criticism is... Going back through a some of your vids, you only seem to focus on how 'Everything' effects your bloodied build... Seems a bit limiting to some very informative videos.

Could do better giving the negative. In no way should you be recommending Retribution, even to melee builds. There are so many better ways of getting health and AP regen without using up a legendary perk slot.
