She seldom go out, but when she's out, I mean in TV guesting she is always at her best, looks so cool and the hair, I just love her!
I love this interview ,too .it seems in the UK and France she is very relaxed ,open and has fun.she has so much to give ,simply heavenly
Nobody can argue with her talent or achievements but in all Interviews I've watched of her (and that's a lot) not once have I ever thought that she comes across as a warm, caring person, always very distant, cold & aloof. She's certainly an interesting one.
She's media shy (for good reason), but she knows she needs them so she tolerates it. Also, she's one of the very few entertainment legends who I actually believe when they say they don't like the "stardom" part of the business. It may have been about the fame 40 yrs. ago, but for decades she's become a true artist whose need to express herself far outweighs her need for approval. This isn't to say she doesn't have a very healthy ego.

Jonathan Ross was a svengali himself interviewing such an amazing Diva..I applaud Jonathan for doing his homework..it started off so so tight but he, as always, usual...unlike many interviewees (Mmm new word) egged barbra her out of her Shell. Wonderful Interview..Yay Jonathan!

He's obviously a huge fan. This is not just any guest. It would be like having Judy Garland or Frank Sinatra on. Barbra is the most successful performer of all time. Of course he's going to be respectful.

He is always a sycophant. To be fair she probably would not like awkward questions. I can think of many. Having said that, I wish I had been one of her lovers. I think she is one gorgeous woman.

This is most likely my Favorite of Streisand Interview .. The Hair over the eye beige , knee high boots .. More giving seems in the Uk

Cringe worthy. British interviewers, I've found, can be really snarky and rude and just mean. I've noticed that a lot of them constantly interupt.

Streisand appears very uncomfortable, and it is obvious she is not enjoying this ridiculous interview by a rather unprofessional gushing fan. She cannot wait for this to end. Supremely talented singer and moderately talented actress, she is clearly NOT a person who needs people.

She doesn't want to be there. She's not a gracious guest who puts the interviewer at ease. She seems frosty and stuck up. I loved her earlier films though, but her later films are self indulgent. I hated The Guilt Trip.
+Gra Piken Don't see what you're seeing. She's not stuck up or frosty, it's called being SHY & obviously doesn't like talking about herself too much . I agree about her films though. Funny Girl & The Way We Were are just genius but the later ones, not so good but hey, the writing talent isn't there anymore. lShe's a complete living legend. They certainly don't make 'em like her anymore & I doubt she'd make it now, it's all about sex now, which is boring & mind-numbing.
