Ravens fan here. I cannot tell you how many times Ravens fans called for the ouster of Greg Roman. Roman has one main strength -- he can simplify an offense to help a young QB get his legs under him. The problem is it all stops there. There's never any progress. Roman's schemes have been compared to HIGH SCHOOL schemes. And bad ones at that. Just take a breath and see if you can sort out what was Herbert's fault and what was Roman's. We did that for years and the brunt fell on Roman. He's a drag, man.
