Also I'm happy you put "organic" roses for the rose water spray. If you buy regular roses, they are usually grown with pesticides and sprayed with other chemicals. Which is not ok to boil and then spray on your face. Just to note for people who are wondering.

Rachel I LOVE your videos!! Another method for facial steam- boil some water and add the juice of about 1 lemon, mix it and lean over it with a towel draped over your head. The steam gets rid of dirt and debris trapped in your skin, which could cause breakouts. Hope some people try this out! Rachel I LOVE your videos!!
Well you have succeeded, because everytime I watch one of these videos from you my husband catches me in the kitchen making something from your video lol. He just looks at me, I tell him not to worry about it and just go away lol

The oil pulling molds are genius! I avoid doing it because of the messiness of mixing the essential oils with the coconut oil. Going to get some molds today and try this. Thanks!!!
Byron and I have thought about a joint venture, like a healthy bistro and spa together.. It would be a great deal of work though and time away from our family, so we are just enjoying what we are doing now and maybe one day we can revisit those ideas. Even if I don't, I'm so happy I can share spa tips on here. =) hehe

Love the bamboo type music! But I've done several vicks shower melts and this seems so simple. I make the biggest batch of these as soon as flu season hits and my husband loves them for when we get sick. I went out of town one year without making any and he said got sick but he couldn't figure out the recipe! so this seems simple enough for him!
Instead of Vicks with those chemicals you could have added a combo of essential oils like eucalyptus, peppermint, spearmint. I use them for my baby when she is congested.
Or y'know, she did them with Vick's because essential oils are more expensive than the ointment. I would even say so because on the video description it says "have a little 'me' time on a *budget*"

If you don't have lavender buds, don't use them, use whatever fruit you have at home the recipe is the same. If you don't have bouquets of roses, then skip it! Thanks Rachel! By the way, I read somewhere not to spit the coconut oil swish, into the sink or toilet....I guess it hardens in the pipes because of the cold water that we run later during the day. What I read said to spit it out into the garbage can of some sort. I thought it made sense so I'm doing that now... I enjoy your work! Take care

The rose water you made for your facial spray is the tea I drink almost every day. It is absolutely delicious and high in vitamin C.
