Dude the shelves used to be STOCKED FULL of lps. I wish they’d do that again so there’s more of a chance of us actually getting them instead of them going out of stock super fast.
Yesterday me and my mom saw them in Walmart and we got 2 of the blind bags :p There was only one box of the blind bags and some of the jungle set but that was 15$ soooo I did not get that lol. (Keep in mind I don’t live in the city, so, this is a rural and smaller store :3)
Just got my Beach Besties set in the mail today. Not disappointed at all! The plastic is about the equivalent of old G2 pets and have their bobble, so very nostalgic! The dog however has two different colors of white for the head and body... probably because of different plastics, but other then that, they are all so cute and it threw me back to my days as a child. The seagull is my absolute favorite from the set though, maybe even one of my favorite LPS ever!
In my opinion. I like the old packaging and old look I think that they still look like the old ones but just kinda tacky and I miss the simpler designs too The old packaging is just cuter simpler But the new ones feel sad I’m still happy that they released but it’s just ehh

The problem is stores have killed in person stuff due to online purchasing increasing. I also hate the scalpers. They ruined most collectible things. I had to fight scalpers from animal crossing card packs. I honestly just miss toys R us.
you know what I was just thinking this the other day I sure miss toys r us lol. Tbh it's somewhat frustrating that some of the new LPS aren't even available online either. so in a lot of cases you can't find them in stores and you can't get them online which makes them quite hard to get lol. A lot of the animal crossing cards were restocked at some point, hopefully LPS also get produced more since there is such a high demand currently
I’ve been visiting my local target every week since January 1st and some times between each visit. Every time, I’ve gone, there’s been tubes, nothing, or just the empty blind box display. They’ve supposedly restocked twice, I believe they did but I’m not certain about the blind boxes. I feel like they’re selling out way too fast unfortunately. I’ve heard of GameStop getting LPS but both my local ones informed me they wouldn’t be getting them so I am outta luck
they do seem to sell out pretty quickly. I just saw them at that particular target the one time and I haven't seen them since then. The two nearest Targets to me don't seem to carry them at all lol
Awe, I can tell you put a lot of effort into these videos. It brings me back to when I was a child; im 20s' now but, I was also keen on making a LPStube channel. Although, I must say you've managed to transform it. Good on you. I have 400 g2 lps, and many more in other generations-- yet they all sit at my my moms house in my old room somewhere. I've just been so busy with life-- they haven't been touched in years. I bought two blind boxes after watching this video-- I am so thankful that you're able to encapsulate the older audience as well as the kids. You got dis'

I do want to say that finding the new g7 LPs are hard to find for me but I was able to find the two tubes you have a a glide box and I hope more of them come out where I live
I feel like 2024 lps lost their spark they had in 2000s, old lps had wayyy better accessories, had magnets, had accessories which were made of different materials like those fabric beach chairs, bows etc. the packaging and overall plastic quality was better:(
The new ones have a weird chemical smell too. It’s not too bad I’m sure if you wash them it will go away. I’d say the quality is nearly the same but some of them have bad paint jobs and weird squishy heads. And yeah I wish the accessories were fabric like the old ones.
@@dolotheunicorn1203 some of the new ones have airbrush jobs like the cat for example. Also I wish they would bring back the magnets on their feet. Hopefully wave 2 will be better.
The EBay scalper prices are insane! Part of what makes collecting Littlest Pet Shop fun, for me, is that the original toys were always inexpensive and reasonably priced. I’m definitely not one of the collectors who thinks it’s “fun” to spend my life-savings on a hobby… What makes toy collecting fun, to me, is that it’s cheap and doesn’t interfere too much with my budget or lifestyle. 💖 No offense to anyone else… But what’s fun about spending so much money on something relaxing, that you’re forced to stress out about it? It defeats the purpose, IMHO.
Note, that I totally get the sense of satisfaction in obtaining something you’ve saved up for… But, at the end of the day, these are plastic toys that most definitely aren’t worth over $10 a piece. I guess I’m privileged, though, because I was lucky and blessed enough to find LPS, in the tube, my first time searching with my mom at Target. 🙏💕
I am so pissed that my dumb younger self donated my huge collection of lps just cause I didn’t play with them anymore and thought I was growing up. Biggest mistake of my life whoever got them I hope u took care of them 🥲
I bought my first 3 pack yesterday and I am in love with the new lps. There is only one complaint I have and that is that they are made of squishy plastic (the same plastic fake lps are made of) because of this yes the heads do bobble and turn but it feels more limited then before like maybe the neck plug or plastic is causing it to not turn as easily. These aren’t super big things it just bugs me a bit cause the plastic feels weird lol. I would not say these are bad qualities of the new lps just things that take time getting used to. Besides these two things I am in love 😍 thank you for another great video

My 25 yo self won a competition for a huge pack of them basic fun was running and its making me so happy, childhood is restored
