हिंदी को नेशनल लैंग्वेज(राष्ट्रीय भाषा) बनाने से पहले और भी कई काम है जैसे कि उच्च शिक्षा में हिंदी को बढ़ावा देना, इंजीनियरिंग और मेडिकल की पढ़ाई हिंदी में करवाना, हिंदी में व्यापार को बढ़ावा देना ,रोजगार के अवसर बनना । इनके लिए संविधान में कोई संशोधन करने की भी आवश्यकता नहीं पड़ेगी। और इससे हिंदी की स्वीकृता बढ़ेगी ।
वर्तमान समय में सभी भारतीय भाषाएं चाहे वो तमिल तेलुगू मराठी बंगाली हिंदी पंजाबी गुजराती कोई भी भारतीय भाषा हो इसमें पढ़ने वालो की संख्या लगातार गिर रही है और इंग्लिश का प्रभाव बढ़ता जा रहा है क्योंकि रोजगार में अंग्रेजी भाषा सहायक हो रही है इसीलिए हमें पहले भारतीय भाषाओं में से पढ़ने वालों के लिए रोजगार के ज्यादा से ज्यादा अवसर बनाने होंगे।
एक तरफ हिंदी वालों का यूपीएससी में चयन घट रहा है । प्रशासन में उनकी भागीदारी घट रही है और हम तकनीकी शिक्षा हिंदी में देने का सोच रहे हैं।
शायद अभी वह वक्त नहीं आया है कि हिंदी को एक राष्ट्रभाषा बनाया जाए। इसके बजाय विभिन्न भाषा भाषी लोगों को हिंदी के प्रति संवेदनशील बनाया। एक बेहतर प्रयास होगा

Sir, I got another openion, that central should make hindi as a second language before they make hindi as official language of the country. Ofcourse the idea of making one languaage for one country is good but the nation is not ready for that.If hindi is tought in every school and generation after generation the people will demand for one common language. Then what if an Indian want to communicate to another nation. We should learn english for that. If humans need one common language to communicte we cant kill hindi and promote english. Same way we should not kill the mother tounge of each state instead we should make hindi popular in every corner of India through education.

Language is sometimes barrier in growth and sometimes maybe not it's depends on various factors and particular scenario. In Countries like Japan, France, China, and in mostly European countries people communicate in their mother tongue language from top leadership to grassroot level common man when they interact upto border boundaries we can watch it and they are developed and also civilized. People not hesitate in speak in their mother tongue or even in one laguage that make them Unite and bound in one thread. Whether it french or Japanese anything else it is not a threat but in actually it is one thread that can also more unite our beautiful diverse Bharat into one rope one thread. Hindi is not a threat for any state this Beautiful language like Tamil unite us. People should not feal shy or think oneself lower when they communicate in Hindi. As Hon. Sir said it shows our strength and oneness.
How so beautiful moment when we watch or hear or communcate someone in language that are belong to our Bharat, we mostly seen in foreign almost every Indian try to speak in Hindi. Magic and Magnificent view.
But i can't deny to use one language that are imported promote by corporate sector otherwise they not hire you fir job or pay you lower package. Harsh truth!
So Hindi should be promote for oneness and unity it's not barrier for our development

Sir regarding matter of language.. Jo jaise hai vaise hi sahi hai..... Agar kisi ek lang ko national language bna diya gya to aur languages bolne wale bhi chahege k hamari mother tongue nation language ho.... Language is a matter related to castes and race too. So agar ek language ko favor kiya gya to other castes jo hindi nahi bolte wo dislike krage hindi ko as a official language..
Agar Mp and Mla daily apka editorial bhi dekh le na to bhiii bahut sudar aa jayega

Sir according to me Hindi ko national language ni Banna chiye because only up Bihar rajeshtan Haryana Punjab Madhya Pradesh uttrakhand and Himachal mai log easily understand kar pate h Hindi jisme bhi kaffi to samjh hi ni pata samne bala bolna kya chara I think yeh thought India ko strongly ideologically divided kar sakta h 3 parts mai -S India, N India and NE india.
So we have to focusing on integration of thoughts not a ideological disintegration.

Sir Hindi should be used as lingua francua for our nation in place of English. This will automatically promote Hindi in every state of India and also it will maintain our linguistic diversity. However I am not in favour of nationalization of Hindi as it will undermine linguistic culture of South India. Lingua francua of Hindi will gradually perlocate in everywhere which will help the rest of people to adopt Hindi in place of English with maintenance sentiments of all people.

Sir I agree with u Hindi is mostly spoken in northern states
But it should be promoted at
1. Grass root level
Ex. Govt promote lang from school level as this should not be binding to all (optional)
2.To overcome from lang as a barrier use BASHNI App which translate the lang into different languages..
