    As a calisthenics athlete for 5 years, I've never explored bodybuilding, nor do I have proper knowledge of that sport. In this video, I experimented with doing lateral raises for 10 days straight to see if I can achieve better results than in calisthenics, or at least if I can expect some growth in such a short period of time.
