I bought an Assassin's Creed Bundle and one Collectors Booster. I had four Goals of acquisition with this set: 1. The Bundle Dice. I was disappointed it wasn't an oversized. 2. The Box. Because it's a cool box lol. 3. The Lands. I hate micro-collecting thematic manabases and thie bundle gave me full art foils and nonfoils which is perfect for my standing manabase collection of 2-4 each from sets I find interesting. 4. Luck of the Pull. I'm sampling sets and what I get is what I get. Anything after is trade or singles much later. The challenge of making do as if it was like back in the day. In my opinion this set is not as impressive as I had hoped. However there are a few goodies I did pull and was left equally wanting. The seeding of the bundle product is a bit more rich than the Beyond boxes from what I've seen comparatively on UA-cam. But of course the Collector Booster boxes are very shiny. I'm actually not impressed either by what I've seen in video openings of them. But they still offer that extra hint of shininess which is okay. I cut up the outer packaging and turned it into card dividers. Which is why I open things carefully to preserve, repurpose and represent. Serials look extremely hard to pull. I would probably crap myself to pull a serial Cleopatra, Leonardo or Ezio? Overall I do like this set but the set size, allocation and cost is absolutely BS. Not worth it unless you are a moderate or major fan. But to each their own. My favorite pull was Excalibur and a full art foil Leonardo. Had luck gone my way I would have preferred full art foil sword of feast and famine, Socrates, Mjolnir Animus and Excalibur. I did get a decent haul and do feel I got at least 50% of my money's worth. I hope you got some good stuff to play with. I've been battling loss due to expense for MtG product by offload trading for store credit little things I do not use but generally have value for other players who may be seeking. But everything at some point is possible to acquire at some other point so it is what it is. I may build Altair, Leonardo or Ezio if someone is willing to part with a copy. But in the end I'm all about ridiculous equipment and Excalibur is perfect. So uh- yay lol. Onward to Bloomburrow! My birthday set this year. Hoping the magic gods gift me a premium equipment and any insanely silly yet playable Legend. A Mouse or Owl if possible. My main deck needs more flyers or cute lil stabby things.
@@Badassest I think your assessment is spot on regarding this release. I’m a casual player & collector so this was a light release but I’d recommend saving up for more solid releases like Bloomburrow. Since it’s a smaller set, I wouldn’t recommend a Beyond booster box for most players & collectors. I would suggest a starter kit and, either a bundle or Collector Box to supplement that base set of cards. You have some nice scores from this set! Excalibur is one of my favorite cards and I even pre-ordered two singles knowing it would be a standout card for Commander. I also ordered a playset of Brotherhood Regalia as it would be another great card to equip a Commander. I agree with you regarding the unimpressive spin down but I do like the look of the box, too. I’m very excited about Bloomburrow, too! It’s been a long time since I considered getting a booster box but a few months ago, I preordered a play booster box, all 4 Commander decks, and 3 Starter Kits. I strongly feel this will be a huge hit for many reasons and, after I finish editing and uploading about 7 more videos, I might do a brief discussion video on Bloomburrow before it’s released. Thank you so much for your insightful feedback regarding this set. I look forward to hearing what you think of Bloomburrow once it arrives!
@@Ricos_Wreck_Room don't forget the beedle and grim bloomburrow token set if you can find it, If I had the cash I would buy heavy into bloomburrow. I have plans for next year tho.
@@Ricos_Wreck_Room I'm not sure, I only know it's a thing. It wouldn't surprise me if it sold out the moment it was available. But I'm sure someone will have one to flip.
@@Badassest I did a quick search and it seems to be available from some seller for $40 and there’s one listing on eBay. Believe it’s coming out near the end of July and I’m sure it’ll sell out quickly. I might hold out so I’ll have more for Duskmourn when it comes out.
I bought a bundle and i pulled the full art ezio,i also pulled full art apple of edan and a foil full art yggdrasil

It's easy to find sourness. Much easier to find things one enjoys.
@@sunlesssirris This is a set that I do enjoy! Some great artwork and some really wonderful cards that can add to a variety of decks!
