Hi, I have 2 plug in surge protectors in my panel. They are plugged into formerly open slots at the bottom / right row of breakers. Both have the light glowing. Are these properly installed?
I have 1 Question ? I've bought your SP , but I can not install it right under the main fuse . only i can install the sp under 1 fuse below , what will happen if it surge .
Eventually it will wear out, perhaps after 15 large surge events. SPD will have an indicator to show when they are no longer effective. Surges are generally too fast to trip a standard breaker.
Great explanation.
Nice and clear explenation about surge protection , now i get it 👌🌸
Eaton is the best 👍
Is there a surge protector that can record the surges and later transmit the data to a computer on say a monthly basis?
surge generator can save the test data in the computer

Does a type 2 surge protector need to be replaced after a surge? Does it trip any other breakers in the box?

is it possible to use this as Snubber circuits ,please give me a link of a video or a product ?
can i have the schematic ?
Yeah I hope my whole house protector will keep me from buying new TV.
Electricity does CRAZY things when a surge happens. Surge suppressors do NOT stop em all. I have personally lost two TV's to this fact.
352v is still greater than >10% manufacturing specs.....
the manufacturing specs are there for 24/7 operation, not for a semi-rare event counted in ms
Great. Surge protector factory from wenzhou from China, @
