Also, have you tried attaching tiny screws poking out of the inside of the intake to grip the cubes better? I think it would help lock in the cubes.

How long are the bars for your claw
Awesome bots, one question, if the big boi is picking up a 3rd or 4th cube, and another bot pushes it, doesn't the stack fall over
Actually, no. The motor hold on the claw is surprisingly powerful, and it'll take a lot more than a push to get it to drop cubes.
I mean when you have to open it to pick up another cube

No, but the spikes help guide a cube or two into the corner goals when they are ready to stack.
