I absolutely love that they did a smaller palette. When most other brands do a monochromatic palette, they go way too big and there’s always at least 5 redundant shades. This is a small curation of both warm and cool toned purples, perfect for purple lovers.

Stunning look. Who else isn't surprised angie was drawn to the most red, pink colors in the palette, and I'm so glad she did.
Indie brands tend to be a bit on the pricey side yet cosmic brushes manage to keep there prices a lot more affordable. Any idea why Angie? 💜
It looks like they don't tend to put a lot of special shades (multichromes, duochromes, and sometimes certain shimmers). These special shades have hard to source, higher-quality, complex, and/or unique pigments. Hence the cost.
They are a Uk brand
I believe the products are manufactured in china
Packaging is cardboard, no cost added. They tend to put more matte shadows than shimmers in their palettes, mattes are more affordable. They do not use any retailer for distribution. Lastly, their products are made in China, which is the cheapest country for production. Most indie brands do use PRC for production, but go overboard with packaging and multichrome shade which are very expensive to make.
The packaging is very simple but I got the delicious delights palette and it's stunning. Every colour is amazing quality. And yes less multichromes but the ones they do are amazing.
You’re giving Debbie Harry (Blondie) vibes with this look. She is a gothic disco child and I love her!!! We need another look with this pallette. I absolutely love this color story but lately I cannot get ahold of any new indie releases because they sell out before I can even order.
When you mentioned “orchid” in relation to Serpent, this palette reminds me of an expanded Colourpop Orchid You Not. Love this look and can’t wait to add this to my collection!

Cosmic Brushes has been on my radar since you ranked their palette at the top of last year’s list, but I’ve held off because I realized I prefer smaller palettes. I hope Cosmic Brushes releases more of these smaller palettes!

The way that shadow makes your eye color pop is amazing and it's funny it looks like that lipstick is the same color as your eyes at the end lol love it
I've been waiting for Cosmic Brushes to create a cool toned neutral palette so I could finally try their formulas but I love purple too so I'll definitely pick this up!

I was waiting for this!!! I think it’s beautiful but I was hoping for this deep dark color story but in a range of colors: maroon, Forest green, midnight blue, grey, etc.
I am holding out for a restock of their Muse palette, but it's hard to resist this one when you've done such a gorgeous look.

Mostly because I tend to like a lot of the same products as you, and our preference for the happy makeup clown aesthetic matches nicely, lol.

Honestly, I think I feel about Cosmic Brushes the way you feel about Natasha Denona. I love them and I just want the complete collection 😂 I am a couple of palettes behind, so I am so happy they continue to restock palettes for a good long while! It's a beautiful palette, love that it's smaller, and love the look you did with it, but I'm also very glad that it's extremely heavy on the purples so I'm not even slightly tempted to buy it because I know there's no look I can do with it that won't look awful on me 😂 I've definitely spent way too much money on makeup lately, so at least I can save some now.
