At 40:29 I think moving the boss-extrude 3 feature up in the feature tree would solve the problem, instead of making another feature(meaning the cut-extrude7)

For Real view you need professional graphics card in your system like Nvidia Quadro series or AMD firepro Series. other cards will not support real views.
U can activate real time graphics by custom too refer to videos available on youtube
