I love the random bfg shot that's just all the way to the right of the screen Edit(2024): Thank you random people for bringing me back to this absolute banger of a fucking song I love you all
blood swamps was a fcking chore. Those 2 fights at the both ends of the ritual were just incredibly over the top. Constantly cornered no space at all to move just waves after waves of demons :D
It's like David Levy heard that awesome breakdown at the end of TOTTFIY and decided to make a whole song based on that. Hell of a way to start the DLC.
This was a great introduction to a DLC, it really did feel like a direct continuation to the main game in terms of difficulty. And I am ALWAYS a sucker for rainy settings in high action fights, gives much more of a feeling of coolness.
Listening to this while on a intense situation cant make me think straight and just makes me "shoot something that moves until it dies dodge any attacks and kill demons as fast as possible"
I loved this level its just so insane they teleport you into this massive ocean of burning structures and boats like all hell is breaking loose and this is playing in the background man that kinda stuff leaves an impression
@@lightningspark1903 yea I think I heard that a little while ago. It was way better before the nerf, after the nerf the beginning of the level was just kinda boring to me
it gotta be blood swamps pre nerf for me, had some many suprises and harder moments. dont know if it counts but saleems master level on nightmare might be some of the most fun ive had with a doom level period, especially with extra demon diffuculty mods and a slight speed buff.
The fight isn't over. The ocean still has to be fought. The slayer was about to die by fighting the Icon Of Sin. But he didn't. He could last a while without dying. He could make it to the dark lord to save life. His power was too strong. There were a lot of demons at the UAC Atlantica facility. When he blew it up, he almost died, but he was too powerful. First he was on land, now in the deep seas to RIP AND TEAR under the water.
David did a supurb job on this track. Dlc 1s music is fantastic. So is dlc 2s even if it all sounds quite similar i still love it. Fits doom more than the base games soundtrack
Everytime I find a new soundtrack from this I swear it sounds more and more like northlane! Tbf tho that being said Doom's soundtrack is legit the prime example 9f how djent sounds!

Lol I see it
I cant not look at it
There is another one close to the middle raggedy ass ship. Look at the upper right corner.
@@yourewallsareveryconvenien8292 I see one between the 2 burning platforms off to the right, and one above the sinking ship

Hector Salamanca didnt have to go that hard
Double Marauder: "I sleep"
Marauder in the cramped room: "𝘿𝙤𝙤𝙢 𝙎𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙧 𝙎𝙞𝙧"
This is my personal favorite track in the entire game. I was sad when the original got taken down, but hell yeah, he's back boys!
Honestly same. Hearing this with the two marauders just hits sooooo good
Same! I absolutely adore this track
They're all my favorite
YES
the whole level is a blast with this tune. Everytime I replay it I got goosebumps
That one dislike was that one Marauder who got mercilessly clapped within the space of 8 seconds.
Lol
Now imagine Mick, Andrew and David make a song together
-Me on the deleted video
Yeah, i prefer to not broke my desk again.
It would be so hard, that mortal eardrums couldnt comprehend its energy, and would take the form of white static.
Mick responsible for pace and rhythm, Andrew for brutality and David for energy and synth O.O
Even Shaggy at 100% power couldn't handle that. It would be too good for his ears to comprehend
@@fakeseatbelt978 Are you joking? Such a song would only be appropriate for Shaggy's 100%

Thanks for the timestamp
given the difficulty of Ancient god 1 pre-nerf, I think it's safe to say each fighting is heavy fighting.
Ancient Gods 1 felt like master levels most of the time.
@@valentinvas6454 Used to, indeed :(
I was so bummed I didn't get to beat the Holt Slayer Gate on Nightmare before the nerf.

I was like srsly when does this end bro is this just endless fight? and then 2 possesed barons of hell spawn and I am like yeah sure whatever
When was the nerf? Cause I finish it a year ago more or less and the difficulty was Dark souls 1+3+Bloodborne (nightmare of course).
Ah yes, bedtime music
It's like David Levy heard that awesome breakdown at the end of TOTTFIY and decided to make a whole song based on that. Hell of a way to start the DLC.
It's actually a meat hook remix
2:00 Is definetly the Best Part
based pfp
Levy, Hulshult, and Gordon are the fucking holy trifecta. They are everything a game like DOOM Eternal deserves.
This would be the music for a boss level in some other game but in DOOM it's a first level of the DLC
well it is a boss theme, thing is YOU are the boss
David and Andrew did such a great job with this DLC -- Doom Eternal should have gotten score of the year and game of the year.
Imagine mick Gordon still making the songs for the DLCS It would've went so hard tbh
Im incredibly glad you managed to get this one back! this is my favourite track from AG Part 1, plus your mixes are the best I've seen on YT!
Thank you so much

Not only is this the best song of the DLC, but your mixing is masterful. 100000/10

I love how this level is just 'fuck you everything is on fire, even the music'

This was my favorite track from TAG 1, now it's the trial of maligog but I feel like this track doesn't get nearly enough recognition
