My haul finally arrived today 🤗. Wish you the best. I look forward to following your progress
Exciting Jennifer!
Boy can I relate , I placed FIVE baker creek seed orders this month , LOL. No joke! Every time I looked at the catalog a list would manifest. I can't wait till spring :)
Haha that’s awesome
No wonder why they are sold out of everything....😭
@@richardtaylor6341 relax, that’s part of why I ended up placing so many orders . They are constantly restocking so check back regularly. Also there is no cost for shipping so feel free to place as many orders as you’d like. Also bonus you get a free seed pack with every order you purchase ! Good luck 😊
@@TheGreenBean lol I was jk mostly
They always run out of the exotic high demand stuff but as for the staples they rarely do. I clearly love them as well
@@richardtaylor6341 Me too ! LOL! Happy gardening friend :)
That calendula is awesome too. Grew them last year!!
Exciting!:)
Yes i got both agastashe too
How do you like them?
Waiting on my THREE orders from baker creek! Lol. If you are wanting to save seeds you should look into how to protect the flowers or figure out something else to do! With so many varieties cross pollination will be a thing to look into! Can’t wait to see what you get into! I am good at outdoor garden and not so good at houseplants aha
Wrote this before you mentioned about the quinoa!
I’m in the woods too! Aha! Also, I am so excited for my sugar rush peach as well :)
Haha ill have to ask you for advice then! Three orders hahah thats great :) thanks for watching
Great selection!!!
It’s hard not to go overboard with buying seeds. 😂 I would’ve gotten more, but that will have to wait. I have red noodle beans as well! They don’t lose color when cooked and I love the dark color of the pods. Lemongrass is so easy to propagate once they get started.
sweet!! I think having lemongrass in the cottage year round would be very pretty !!
This video really got some traction! Nice👍👍
Hi 🤗
I can’t wait tell my seeds show up!
Yess did u get anything unique?!?
@@FoodForestLiving I did!!! I got a few funky things! I’m so excited to do the unboxing of everything!
Oh honey, that's not overboard. I have 3 full seed cases full and I just got an order today. It's a sickness.
Overboard for a newbie!! Haha i can definitely see that my haul is nuthn!
@@FoodForestLiving I literally can't stop. And I have a small garden. Don't be like me!! :)
Once you start collecting it is hard to stop! 😊
100%.
I am growing sugar rush pepper, I have grown it before and it is pretty hot, hotter than Jalapenos in my climate which is cool and rainy
Interesting! Good to know, ill be cautious about tasting haha
I buy all my seeds from baker creek.
nice!! they must have a huge amount of grow space to sell all the seeds they do!
@@FoodForestLiving highly recommend watching thier YT videos they have an all year greenhouse with so many wonderful things.
@@johnaverageman6249 sweet will do ! thanks
@@FoodForestLiving they actually buy seeds from small farmers. Not sure what percentage is grown by Baker Creek themselves.
@@SaphsContainerGarden that makes a lot of sense !! Im glad to have supported that:)
Excited to see what you guys will produce. EXCELLENT CHOICES!!!
So excited :) you too, hey!
pro tip. Use those seeds to secure next gen seeds, any food produced is just a bonus. Seeds are worth their weight in gold.
Yes i plan to save seeds for everything! I dont know how for every plant yet, but ill learn :)
Woohoo, seeds!...I feel like I'm just getting settled in for winter but here we are already planning for spring🤪
I like to be way ahead of schedule haha
I subscribed!
Oh wow, its going to be a fun season!
So exciting for the new season! Bakers Creek seems awesome from what I have seen!
Oohhhhh man, squirrels 🤦....they can be real boogers! Plant extra 😉
Such awesome seeds! Can't wait to see how they all grow 💗
I've been gardening a long time and have a 5,000 square feet market garden. I don't think that you could have picked a better seed supplier. I contribute great genetics as one of the main ingredients to my success.
sweet ! do you manage 5000sqft by yourself or with a team? Thanks for the brief review, im excited about these seeds! By saying you contribute great genetics as an ingredient to your success--you mean your target market values food with great genetics? or?
You're going to love growing that amaranth !! It's so easy and cool !! Pinch it to make it multi stem instead of just one big spike ! Unless you want one big spike!!
Thanks for the tip! Which way grows the most seeds?!
Seed haul! So exciting! Oh the possibilities! Stopping by from fb group
Wow! The plants are beautiful!
The 21st year is full of happy days!
Happy New Year!
We'll have to try the valerian. We really go through a lot sleepy time tea
When i first saw the thumbnail n title i thought to myself: aww, how sweet.
Lol... no wonder Baker Creek Seeds closed its website this week!! ...(😂....
😭)
wow indeed they did!!
I had not heard they had to close down. Good thing I placed and received my 2021 order already. It’s not like I need my seeds already for zone 5b/6a, but I am impatient! I like to spend my winters planning out my spring garden.
Nice looking heirloom haul. Do you usually mix up your varieties & where you get your seeds? We do just in case we get a batch with low germination rates.
interesting! I dont usually do anything hahaha this is my first seed haul so :D ive got no kinks to work out yet.... :) good idea!
No one ever listens to the “start small” advice, myself included, and I’m not even sorry.
100% haha
