Also to add some insight.. there's a whole community of muslim bangle sellers around various parts of india prominently called "kachera" but also uses different names such as "lakhera" or "shishgar" depending on the region there's a hindu counterpart called the "kacher" in kshatriya Rajputs.. the one I belong to :)
