  • This video shows disassembly of the new Seydel VOLCANY 12 hole chromatic harmonica, with a commentary by David Kettlewell on its design and build quality.
    A very highly recommended harp, with a lovely warm tone and dead airtight, requiring very little breath to play.
    Solid brass comb, mouthpiece, button, covers, with german silver reedplates, and stainless reeds.
    It has a warmer tone than Saxony and feels great in the hand.
    Button is improved over Saxony button, now being convex and more comfy to hand.
    Short throw, straight tuned harp.
    This one is in orchestra tuning. Range G3 to F#6.

    Is there any improvements of wind savers and quality of glu to paste on reed plates @Master of Harmonica Mr. David

      Not really. best are manufacturer's breathsavers. I use crazy glue but one must work fast and use just a tiny drop.
