I went to Templemore Hall my Dad was Sam Foreman he was on the oversight I found a voting card a few months back I also found an end of year report from the 40s I have all my Dads records of Templemore Hall male Voice Choir Think he got them all for birthdays and Christmas sitting here listening to this record can still see the Hall in my mind passed the Hall the other day still the same I was in the children's choir and then the senior choir left when I was 17 1962 but Mum and Dad still went lots of happy memories of the Hall
Went here as a wee kid till family came to USA in 1958, I was 19 i still have this album ,must be over 60 years old..love these guys singing..Stanley Sloan. OVER 90 YEARS NOW,,
Hi Brian, Anita told us about this post. I was only a youngster on that record, third from the right in the back row. Memories of great times around N. Ireland and Scotland singing the gospel. Trust your dad and family are well. I have bumped into them on quite a few occasions in the past. Not too many of us left alive from the record cover.
Good to hear from you Lawrence. Yes this music seems from a different dispensation. Good to get some feedback. there is also some of the templemore hall trio on youtube. You may remember them
