8:20 you’re asking the wrong person about allocations. That stems right down to the pompous boutique salesperson that acts like they own the brand. The level of corruption is rife in asia. Ive been fortunate and unfortunate with s number of brands. Allocations is a major problem.

Screws are commonly “misaligned”. Bolts are easy to align.
